Das Hotel ist sehr modern eingerichtet. Das Familienzimner war sehr groß und mit Badewanne und Dusche, 2 WCs. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Das Buffet hatte eine große Auswahl und abwechslungsreich. Die Massagen waren sehr gut. Die Tiefenmassage und Aromamassage bei der Therapeutin Rania waren sehr gut. Auch die kretische Massage war sehr entspannend. Bei den Abenden mit Livemusik oä. wäre es besser gewesen, wenn mehrere Barkeeper da gewesen wären, da es teilweise dadurch sehr lange dauerte bis man deine Getränke bekam, da es sehr voll war.

Der Service ist hervorragend. Das Frühstück sowie das Abend essen bietet eine Vielfalt an Gerichten. Außerdem gab es eine kostenlose 15 minütige Massage die Top war. Großes Lob an das Personal! Alles in allem sehr empfehlenswert.

Kleines aber feines Hotel. Die Zimmer sind klein gehalten aber vollkommen ausreichend. Denn man ist ja maximal zum Schlafen da. Die Zimmer sind sauber und das Hauskeeping macht auch gute Arbeit. An der Rezeption wird man immer freundlich empfangen und bedient. Großes Lob an den Koch das Essen schmeckt wirklich sehr gut. Und es ist am Abend und auch zum Frühstück immer genug Auswahl vorhanden. Und es wird immer sofort nachgefüllt sobald etwas leer wird. Auch am Pool kann man sich Snacks bringen lassen die sehr lecker sind. Wor waren mit dem Hotel sehr zufrieden. Nur ein ganz kleiner Wermutstropfen war das wenn man WLAN wollte immer erst in die Haupthalle musste um sich wieder einloggen zu können. Aber das ist jammern auf hohem Niveau.

Wir waren zum 2.Mal hier und haben uns wieder rundum wohlgefühlt. Das Hotelpersonal ist sehr freundlich, alles ist sauber und komfortabel eingerichtet.Beim Buffet ist für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei. Das Hotel liegt zentral im Ort und der Strand ist fußläufig in 5 Minuten zu erreichen ( auch sehr sauber ) Wir kommen gerne wieder. ( :

Superbe hôtel très agréable et propre Le personnel est très gentil et accueillant Les chambres sont très belles et accueillantes avec un balcon Les buffets du matin et du soir sont exceptionnels, la qualité des aliments et le choix de plats sont incroyables Personnel très avenant Un petit bémol sur la wi fi assez instable La piscine est petite et ferme à 18 h 30 Et le problème c est que les gens réservent des transats dès le matin en posant une serviette Nous reviendrons certainement Merci

Sehr gutes Personal (in allen Hotelbereichen), ausgezeichnetes Essen, gepflegte Getränke an der Poolbar, saubere und ausreichend große Zimmer, interessante 3× wöchentliche Abendveranstaltungen, schöne Strände in Hotelnähe, gute Linienbusverbindung nach Rethymno, hervorragender Ausgangspunkt für Entdeckungen und Ausflüge in der Präfektur Rethymno.

Really enjoyed our stay at Nefeli Hotel! The rooms were clean and comfortable, the food was excellent, and the staff were incredibly welcoming. The whole experience felt smooth and relaxing from beginning to end. Saturday night live music with the two girls at the pool bar was especially memorable. Great atmosphere, and also perfectly crafted drinks by Anastasis. Would definitely return!

Zeer vriendelijk personeel, zowel aan de receptie, restaurant als poetspersoneel. Wij hadden een superieure kamer maar deze was maar standaard vonden wij, badkamer was zeer klein en had een ventilator die zeer veel lawaai maakte. Het bed zou dringend vervangen mogen worden. De stoffen achterkant is niet echt hygiënisch. Wat betreft het eten was de keuze 's avonds eerder beperkt en weinig afwisselend. Na een week hadden we het wel gezien. Elke dag dezelfde tomatensaus bij de pasta. Zo kwamen er veel zaken elke dag terug.
