Convenient location to visit Rethymnon downtown and the region. Nice room (Junior Suite), clean, well equiped, with sea view. Great breakfast. Missing a better food selection for dinner and more 'select' athmosphere in the restaurant for a 5 stars hotel.

Kyma Suites is a cozy boutique hotel very close to the old town of Rethymno. This is a big plus for fast exploring the vibes of this charming litte town. We liked very much the staff (always smilling, and ready to help). Also, the food was very good. Plenty of choices for the dinner (fish&seafood-grilled or oven dishes; fresh vegetables and fruits; tasty starters and sweets). The breakfast was also very good (poached eggs were great). Keep in mind that this is not a big AI(all-inclusive) hotel, where food quantity prevails over quality! Thus, the effort of selecting and using quality ingredients was present at Kyma, and the food&restaurant experience, in my opinion, is close to a 5* hotel. The room was spotless clean, and the sea view with the small balcony is a must (city view is definitely not so impressive). The size of the room is decent enough, although the bathroom is small (standard double). We expected to be more noise from the city at night, but surprisingly this was not an issue on a sea view room. For the beach, which is a shared one with Kriti hotel, it would be great if the management will consider bigger unbrellas (not much of a shade for the Cretan heat). All in all, Kyma Suites delivers a 4* room experience mixed with a 4-5* restaurant experience. We enjoyed it and recommend!

We were there in August and it was a very good location. It was close to restaurants and shops, and it was also close to the beach. What I didn't like was the food because it was the same every day which was boring. I also didn't like the bathroom because it wasn't comfortable and it left me feeling like I was in the bedroom, which made me uncomfortable. I think this hotel is 3 stars, I also did not like the indoor pool, it is too small And I didn't want to use it . The staff is very good and rooms was clean.

Die Lage ist super. Die Straße ist laut, aber das sind wohl die Abstriche, die man machen muss, wenn man diese fantastische Aussicht und die Nähe zur Altstadt, Marina und Strand, genießen möchte. Das Zimmer war relativ klein, aber für uns vollkommen ausreichend. Die Einrichtung war sehr geschmackvoll und modern. Die Espresso-Maschine wurde jeden Tag aufgefüllt. Auch bei der Sauberkeit werden überhaupt keine Abstriche gemacht. Das Personal war immer hilfsbereit, höflich und zuvorkommend. — Griechische Gastfreundschaft at its Best. Wir sind mitten in der Nacht angereist und wurden freundlich begrüßt und sogar mit einem üppigen Willkommens-Snack umsorgt. Das war der erste positive Eindruck, den wir gewonnen haben. Wir hatten Vollpension gebucht: Das bedeutet Frühstücksbuffet, mittags à la Carte, abends Buffet. Daher möchten wir auch die Küche besonders loben. Das Buffet war immer abwechslungsreich und umfänglich. Wir konnten ständig aus einem Angebot von frischem Obst und Gemüse, Süßspeisen und mehreren vegetarischen sowie Fleischgerichten wählen. Unsere Ansprüche hier wurden immer erfüllt, meist aber übertroffen. Im angeschlossenen Restaurant setzt sich die gute Küche fort: Hier gibt es frische, hochwertige Zutaten und ausgewogene Kompositionen, liebevoll angerichtet. Darüberhinaus hatten wir stets das Gefühl, vom Personal „einzelumsorgt“ zu werden. Auf individuelle Bedürfnisse wurde immer zuvorkommend eingegangen. Alles in allem: Von unserer Seite eine klare Empfehlung, wir kommen gerne wieder.

Fijn kleinschalig hotel, perfecte locatie, vlak bij de oude stad en uitzicht op de haven. Erg goed ontbijt, vriendelijke mensen. Kamers schoon en ruim , goede bedden Wij hadden een kamer met uitzicht op zee. Wel wat duurder absoluut de moeite waard. Douche was ook heel goed. komen hier zeker terug

I recently stayed with my partner and we had the most incredible time. The staff are attentive and will go the extra mile to make your stay a memorable one. The views from the rooms with sea view are fantastic. Highly recommend paying extra for these. We stayed in the deluxe sweet and were blown away by how great the room was. The beach is a short walk away and you can use the facilities at their sister hotel, which is immediately opposite the beach. There are plenty of restaurants brach side and near the old town. The views from the balcony in the deluxe room were so good I decided to propose there! The staff were also great at helping me set up. The only downside I'd say is that the pictures don't do it justice!

Front desk staff was very attentive and helpful, tending to our every need with utmost diligence. They were cordial and efficient. Room was spotless and comfortable. Location was perfect for a day at the beach and an evening downtown. Price-quality relation is very good. Highly recommend.

Just can’t say enough about the service and hospitality of Kyma Beach Hotel, Rethymno. Staff was so helpful, especially when our scheduled pick up for a day tour didn’t arrive on time. They made calls on our behalf and checked in with us until we were on our way. We so appreciate the care and attention we received. Breakfast was in a beautiful setting among trees and flowers on a patio. Beautiful beach was a few steps away. Location of hotel is perfect- just across from bars, restaurants and nightlife- so, conveniently close but peaceful at night. We had such a lovely time and are happily planning our return. Will definitely stay at Kyma again!
