Abbiamo prenotato questo Hotel x le buone recensioni lette.Siamo arrivati in hotel alle 22 circa, fatto il check-in prima di salire in camera, hanno preparato un piccolo pasto freddo a bordo piscina (nn era scontato,una piccola Gentilezza, molto gradita).La nostra camera era al secondo piano ,vista piscina,bella moderna,e super pulita, l'unica pecca (se così la posso definire)è che essendo in tre,era un po' piccolina,ma cmq.nn abbiamo avuto problemi.Noi avevamo la formula mezza pensione,(buffet)e vi posso assicurare che c'era di tutto...e tutti prodotti ottimi,dal dolce al salato,e cosa molto importante, è che nn appena qualcosa finiva, erano subito pronti a sostituire...altra cosa importante,il personale sempre disponibile e gentile,e sempre con il sorriso.Siamo stati veramente bene,se mai dovessi tornare a Creta, penso proprio che tornerei in questo Hotel!!!

Abbiamo prenotato tramite Alpitour, ci siamo trovati veramente bene. Camera e bagno spaziosi, pulitissimi, ogni giorno venivano a pulire la stanza. Colazione e cena a buffet, piatti variegati e molto buoni. Staff sempre disponibile, cordiali e professionali. A pochi passi dal centro di Rethymno.

It was our second time here and thouroughly enjoyed it! This August we opted for a superior room, with pool view, which proved a better choice than last year's street view room. It was very peaceful.

Fijn, kleinschalig, rustig hotel. Erg vriendelijk personeel. +- 2 minuten lopen naar de zee. Ook +- 2 minuten lopen voordat je bij het 1e eettentje bent. Vervolgens kun je langs een lange gezellige boulevard in +-10/15 minuten naar het oude centrum lopen. Het ontbijt is prima, gewoon alles wat je nodig hebt is aanwezig. Wij zaten in een wat oudere tweepersoonskamer, maar deze was wel netjes en schoon. Er zit een klein koelkastje in en het balkon is ruim genoeg om met twee personen te zitten. Wij hebben er een fijne vakantie gehad en zouden het hotel aan iedereen aanraden!

In June, we were on vacation at the Atrium Ambiance Hotel. The hotel is perfect, the staff are always helpful, they do whatever you ask of them. All rooms are great, new, comfortable, clean. The food is also great, and location is prefect, very close to the beach. The staff is very friendly, communicative, pleasant to talk to. Many kisses to Eva and Maria from Dragana and Danijela, and just to let them know that we are coming in September as well. See you soon!

Personale gentile; colazione e cena con buona varietà di scelta (anche se a cena,non troppa varietà di pesce); Ristrutturato molto bene! Insonorizzazione camera,ok! Clienti rispettosi(almeno in quella settimana) Parcheggio privato con loro a 8€... altrimenti si cerca nelle viuzze in strada; Luce che filtrava attraverso tende e sotto porta ingresso camera!! Evangelia(se scrivo giusto il nome) signora della reception: molto brava,gentile e,non da poco,parlava abbastanza bene l'italiano...un gran bel aiuto!!!

Hotel moderno e ben tenuto camere pulite e molto spaziose.del personale che dire oltre le aspettative,cordiale,a disposizione per qualunque cosa,un grazie gigantesco a la metre,' che è stata superlativa ,per un problema di salute di mia figlia ,si è adoperata per far si che avesse tutti i giorni una portata a parte e sincerandosi ogni giorno delle condizioni della fanciulla,10 e lode a tutti se dovessi tornare a creta saprei già dove andare .Grazie a tutti per averci fatto sentire come a casa .

Hôtel agréable. Jolie piscine mais nous avons préféré la proximité de la mer, à laquelle nous nous sommes rendus à pied. Chambre agréable avec vue sur la piscine. Petit déjeuner et buffet-diner correct.

Abbiamo soggiornato a fine luglio in questo albergo recentemente ristrutturato, la pulizia è di prim'ordine e il personale è molto gentile e professionale. Colazione e cena a buffet varia e abbondante con continuo assortimento anche per chi arriva quasi a chiusura. A mio avviso la chicca è l'ambiente piscina, moderna curata e rilassante, i letti a bordo piscina sono stati un paradiso. Il mare dista a pochi passi con una bella spiaggia e diversi bagni attrezzati. Un plauso va allo staff della reception che ha risolto un problema con la camera in maniera celere e professionale ...spero di ritornare....
