Das Hotel und vor allem das Service-Personal waren echt klasse. Alle super freundlich. Besonders gut gefallen hat uns der große Außenbereich wo auch gegessen werden konnte und der direkte Strandzugang, (keine 10 Meter). Beim Service gilt manchmal griechische Gemütlichkeit. Stört mich im Urlaub aber nicht. Das Abendessen könnte etwas abwechslungsreicher bzw. vielfältiger sein. Ist aber klagen auf hohem Niveau. Am letzten Tag haben wir uns noch eine Massage im Melody Spa von Anna u. Tanja gegönnt. Die beiden sind ebenfalls super nett und die Massage war klasse. Alles in allem ein toller Sommerurlaub auf Kreta. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder. Vielen Dank für alles.

Отель не соответствует заявленной цене и звездам. Это максимум тройка. И в жизни он выглядит иначе, чем на фото. Персонал уставший. Менеджер ресторана (старый мужик с мейком) это в обед отдельная история.

Goed hotel, goede service, aardige bediening, goed eten. Ontbijt met goede koffie, verse sinasappelsap en champagne. Ik had een massage van Alex in de Melody Spa die was uitstekend. Super relaxed. Fijn strand met service en bedjes. Goede kamer met goede bedden en stille airconditioning.

Rooms were quite small but tidy. Staff in the restaurant/bar seem uninterested and mostly unfriendly. Nice view from the restaurant.
