Κατά την διαμονή στο εν λόγω ξενοδοχείο, δεν υπήρξε κάποιο πρόβλημα . Το ξενοδοχείο πάνω στην παραλία του Ρεθύμνου και ταυτόχρονα δίπλα σε καταστήματα και σούπερ μάρκετ. Οι ιδιοκτήτες πλήρως εξυπηρετικοί. Το δωμάτιο ευρύχωρο, καθαρό , με ησυχία . Δεν χρειάζεσαι κάτι άλλο . 5 στα 5 για μένα !

Very friendly and hospitable staff, excellent food, clean rooms, comfortable beds, 2 minutes to the beach. We arrived at the hotel at 12 o'clock, at 12.20 we had the keys to the room, as requested, with a view of the sea and the top floor.

Three-star hotel with 80s-90s furnishings in good condition, very clean, with outdoor swimming pools and bars. Buffet breakfast and dinner, abundant self-service. Good variety of choices. International breakfast, coffee with milk, tea, white and pink Greek yoghurt, feta cheese, fruit in syrup, some cold cuts, cold cuts and cheeses, various jams, Nutella, rusks, slices of wholemeal white bread, toaster, fruit juice dispenser, fruit , sliced watermelon, green melon, small white grapes. Dinner with some very good Greek specialties, they change every night, mixed salads, tomatoes, fried potatoes, two desserts. If you expect to eat like in Italy, forget it, because we are in Greece! In Greece the cuisine is excellent, but you have to know how to appreciate their typical dishes, which in my opinion are very good, you have to try them without prejudice. Too bad they don't use tablecloths, you eat directly on the table, the water is served in jugs, sometimes it has a chlorine aftertaste, ditto the fruit juices from the dispenser. The rooms are clean, air conditioner with remote control, I had an old analogue TV with some international channels, none in Italian, the pillows on the beds are not very padded. The hotel is located in a street parallel to that of the seafront, about 50 meters away, but in any case from the balcony I could see the sea. Overall, the structure, despite being a bit dated, is clean, but I suggest the owners pay more attention to details, to improve the guests' stay, the water taps are a bit clogged, the dispensers should be cleaned, the shower drain placed in the center of the bathroom floor does not drain well, the pillows on the beds are poorly padded, there are few power sockets, all of the shuko type, so bring an electric power strip with a German shuko plug, or an adapter with triples, otherwise how do you recharge your phones? The towels are changed occasionally, so you have to tell them at reception, as well as the soap, shampoo and shower gel, even if we brought it from home. In the room there is a wall-mounted hairdryer, a sufficiently large fridge, there are 12 75cc bottles of water, a format that does not exist in Italy for plastic bottles. A box of 12 bottles can be found for just over two euros in the supermarket opposite, open until late. On the terrace there is a small table with two plastic garden chairs, but also the clothesline for hanging the laundry and beach towels, which you must bring, just to be safe, bring another one from home with clothespins.
