What a wonderful stay me and my family had. Anna and her family are just spectacular. The breakfast was the best we ever had. The suite was spotless and had a beautiful terrace. We will be planning a return for longer next year.

Μένεις σ'ένα πανέμορφο ξενώνα που κουβαλά ιστορία 800 χρόνων. Ο χώρος έχει υψηλή αισθητική και εξυπηρέτηση και βρίσκεται σε κομβικό σημείο στη καρδιά της Παλαιάς Πόλης του Ρεθύμνου. Έχει όμορφες αυλές για πρωινό ή ξεκούραση και όλα είναι πεντακάθαρα. Τα δωμάτια διαθέτουν καφέ και εξαιρετικά στρώματα και μαξιλάρια. Έχουν προσέξει πολύ το φωτισμό δημιουργώντας πολύ ενδιαφέρον αποτέλεσμα. Πολύ καλό πρωινό και πραγματικά υπέροχοι οι οικοδεσπότες που είναι έτοιμοι να ανταποκριθούν σε κάθε μας ανάγκη. Είμαστε ενθουσιασμένοι από την παραμονή μας και το συστήνουμε σε όλους.

A very lovely place to stay in Rethymno. Staff are amazing and friendly. Manos stayed up late after our flight was delayed and allowed us to check in during the middle of the night which was so appreciated. The owners are also so friendly and welcoming, it’s like staying with family. Room was large and the breakfast is fantastic. Location is great in the old town, close to the paid parking lot. Loved our stay here!

We have never experienced a stay like this before. The owner and staff treated us like family. From the moment we entered the lobby and Yannis welcomed us with a traditional Greek pastry to our early checkout and Yannis prepared a breakfast the night before for us to take with us. The owner, Anna, is warm, friendly, welcoming. We looked forward to our little visits with her during breakfast. They offer concierge services and suggestions that are very helpful. We loved the breakfast and eating it in the beautiful courtyard. The breakfast staff were so nice and want you to enjoy your meal and tend to you like family. We loved the location that is conveniently located to markets, restaurants, and the beach. The Orien Suite was perfect for us We loved the decorations and comfortable furnishings. Especially, the loveseat and coffee table make it a nice retreat. The cleanliness was top notch. The parking requires a short walk. It’s easy to get around on foot and probably more convenient. I was a little sad to leave and hope to return. Casa Moazzo, we want to say thank you, sas efcharisto poly!

Situato in centro ma senza i problemi del centro (rumore e eccessivo passaggio). in 150 metri si è nell'area pedonale ricca di negozi e con un'offerta di ristoranti/bar molto varia. Accoglienza super della Signora Anna che parla anche l'italiano. Struttura bella, accogliente e curata. Tutto il personale è attento alle esigenze del cliente. OTTIMA ESPERIENZA

L’hotel è in una zona strategica è in pieno centro ma allo stesso tempo risulta silenzioso. Si possono raggiungere tutti i punti più belli della città in pochi minuti. A 100 metri c’è un parcheggio comunale molto comodo. La struttura è molto bella, pulita e molto curata in tutti i particolari. La colazione è fantastica e viene servita nei cortili interni della casa. Tutto lo staff è gentilissimo e ho disponibile; in particolare la famiglia che gestisce la struttura: Anna, Alessandro ed Eva (eccezionali), ci hanno fatto sentire come in famiglia dandoci ottime indicazioni per visitare i siti più importanti e le spiagge più belle dell’isola. Ci hanno dato anche una stanza superiore a quella prenotata! Ottimo il rapporto qualità/prezzo. In definitiva una meravigliosa esperienza che consigliamo a tutti. Sicuramente torneremo. Hier stimmt einfach alles und unser Aufenthalt im Casa Moazzo war einfach traumhaft. Die Lage ist super, ruhig gelegen am Beginn der Altstadt und trotzdem waren wir nach nur wenigen Schritten mitten im Trubel von Rethymno. In den Betten haben wir super geschlafen und es gab sogar Hausschuhe und flauschige Bademäntel. Die Zimmer sind geräumig, sehr sauber und sehr stilvoll eingerichtet, so richtig zum Wohlfühlen. Das wirklich sehr gute Frühstück konnten wir jeden Morgen in einem der tollen Gärten zu uns nehmen. Neben dem Buffetangebot (Brot/Wurst/Käse/Joghurt/Honig/Süßspeisen und Kaffee satt) gab es noch Kaffeespezialitäten, jeden Morgen frisches und liebevoll arrangiertes Obst und Eier, die man individuell und nach eigenen Wünschen frisch zubereitet bekommen hat. Ein toller Start in den Tag. Das alles wird aber noch getoppt vom sympathischen Team des Casa Moazzo. Wirklich alle waren super freundlich und aufmerksam. Es blieben keine Wünsche offen. Uns wurde beim Parken geholfen, wir haben frische Strandtücher bekommen, gute Tipps für Restaurants und sogar noch wirklich tolle Ausflugstipps. Ich denke, wer hier bucht, hat alles richtig gemacht! Für uns war es ein grandioser Aufenthalt und wir kommen sehr gerne wieder. Vielen Dank liebes Team vom Casa Moazzo.

We were here for our golden wedding anniversary and could not have picked a nicer hotel. The owner, Anna, and her staff were truly marvellous and bought us flowers, cakes and a card when they found out that we were there celebrating fifty years of wedlock. We had a junior suite Eridanus, on the ground floor with a small courtyard, kitchen, lounge, bedroom and bathroom. The hotel is based on a Venetian Palace and is over 100 years old. The staff told us of the history of the hotel when it was a private home, originally owned by a doctor and his family. Part of the old city walls surround the hotel and the stone work is magnificent. We enjoyed a continental breakfast in the beautiful outside courtyards amidst the wonderful flowers and plants in terracotta pots. The hotel is located within the old town but a quiet part, away from the noise and bustle. It was very quiet with just the sound of the local church bells ringing occasionally. We would highly recommend this hotel to family and friends, it is small but absolutely charming and we were won over by the warmth and friendliness of the staff.
