Great location, nice rooms (we were treated to a free upgrade). Nice breakfast with fresh orange juice served in the courtyard. No parking in immediate vicinity, but you can usually find a free spot close to the sea. Quality of tea served on the premises could be improved, same for toiletries.

Not room N 1 would say that your accommodation and in the restaurant of the swimming pool nothing that works the safe coffee machine television. Fortunately we only stayed one night we forgot our things and we were not contacted it is us who claimed for transfer from another, our hotel. We paid the post office I find normal, but it was not necessary if they did their work for us as soon as we left in any case, too bad for this hotel and your service, a little chaotic, ??

This is the second time that we have stayed at Rimondi. On the first visit the hotel exceeded our expectations and on the second it certainly didn't disappoint. Our room, the Master Suite, was extremely comfortable and had everything that we needed. The hotel is in an excellent location for walking into the centre of town and to choose from one of the many nearby restaurants. The managment, reception and dining room team were all first class and could not have been more helpful. The only area that could be improved is the training of the bar staff. Three times in as many days we walked out of the bar as there was either no staff present or they walked past us and ignored us. This aside we really look forward to returning to Rimondi before too long.

Beautiful hotel with wonderful staff. Right in the heart of the old town! Beds comfortable and we slept well. The beach is only a 10 minute walk away and you are surrounded by beautiful restaurants and shops.

We had an amazing time on Crete and loved every moment of our 10 day stay. The hotel and its staff played a big role in that. The location is perfect, the place is beautiful, the breakfast is excellent, and the staff - what can I say about the staff? Nothing was too much for them. My daughter had forgotten her laptop on the transfer bus from the airport and they arranged for it to be brought back to the hotel. Not only did this involve numerous phone calls; as the hotel is in a pedestrian zone the driver had to be met in a particular location for the handover. They did this for us so we could go about our day. Amazing! The rooms were made up whilst we had breakfast, my daughter insists the G&T she had in the evening was the best, we were given tips on what beaches to go to, dinner reservations were made for us. In fact, the service had started before we arrived. A couple of weeks before our arrival the hotel had booked an organised day trip to Samaria Gorge for us as well as a rental car. A big thank you to the four wonderful people at reception and everyone else who looked after us and helped make this a great holiday!

Een heel fijn hotel met alleraardigst personeel. Iedereen is heel behulpzaam en het is echt een boutique hotel. De kamer in ons geval een suite in het nieuwe gedeelte is mooi en ruim met een kingsize bed welke fantastisch ligt. Badkamer is wat kleiner maar voldoet prima. Het ontbijt is uitstekend en er is voor iedereen ruime keuze. De bediening is werkelijk heel hartelijk. De zwembaden zijn niet erg groot maar wel sfeervol en meer bedoeld om even lekker af te koelen. Ook om af en toe een drankje kun je heerlijk in het oude gedeelte zitten. Voor ons was als enig nadeel dat we geen balkon of terras hadden. Bij volgende boeking gaan we hiermee rekening houden. Want we willen hier zeker volgend jaar weer naar toe.

Exceptional staff very polite and courteous. Real Greek hospitality from the beginning to the end. We booked a room last minute for our wedding anniversary and paid a little extra for room 206 with a nice balcony and city views that are breathtaking. The place was roomy with a sitting area and a nice balcony with sunbeds and table . The room and bathroom was clean and there was complementary coffee / bottle water / tea and a welcome drink with a snack. The breakfast was amazing near the pool with a highlight on the buffet the real honeycomb. I loved the stay even though the building can use a renovation since it is a historic palace but not done recently. It is well kept but will need some work soon. The common areas are uptodate . The best part is that you can sleep with the window open and you can hear the birds early in the morning. It is very quiet for being in the historic center next to restaurants and bars.

Ideally located in a pedestrian area of the old town the hotel is close to restaurants, the beach (5 mins walk) and tourist attractions. Rooms/suites are split between two old historic buildings and are extremely spacious and tastefully decorated. The hotel has two small pools one of which, is very much a plunge pool. All the staff are extremely friendly and very attentive. The buffet breakfast was both varied and plentiful - and very nice to be able to sit in the courtyard to enjoy it. Our room (302) was at street level and adjacent to the narrow pedestrian street (Xanthoudidou). The room comprised a sitting room, bedroom and a small en suite bathroom. The room was great but, at night, we could hear the noise from the restaurants down the street and also people walking by up until around 2 am. A really nice touch was the welcoming bottle of Raki and sweet treat plate in our room on arrival. Overall - the hotel was perfect for us and great to be in the centre of the old town.
