Villa Iris comprises from a large (4.000 sqm)private garden with flowers,trees, stone BBQ, swimming pool of 40sqm with sum beds and outside shower. In the villa all rooms are fully airconditioned and have access to a fully furnished balcony which offers breathtaking view. In the ground floor there is a fully equipped kitchen, a large living room with dining room and office, a full bathroom with shower and a bedroom with two single beds. The upper floor has two bedrooms, the first with a double bed and the second with one bed and a full bathroom with bathtub. The villa can accommodate until 6 persons as it has a bunk bed and sofa bed .Also there are amentities for children and garden games.

A thoroughly relaxing stay in a beautiful hill top villa! The hosts were there to greet us at a nearby supermarket ( as a landmark) and show us the way to the villa, without them, it’s doubtful we would have found it! They responded to any queries we had promptly.

Amazing Villa
Bigger than expected. Wonderful property with amazing views. Great location, easy access to rethmyno. You need a car to get around. The BBQ was great !! Outside fridge a real bonus.

Relaxed stay with beautiful view
We enjoyed our vacation at Dora's house very much. Dora has even provided a self cooked a meal at our arrival (and later even cookies). We have BBQed a number of tímes at the pool.
Challenge: quite a steep entrance to the premises
Assets: Lots of space IN and outside the house.

Gorgeous stay in beautiful villa
We had such a wonderful stay in Dora's villa it completed exceeded our expectations. We were four adults aged mid 30s to mid 60s and we found the house so spacious for our group. The pool was fabulous we swam in it every day when we were there and it is perfectly located to catch sun most of the day. We spent most of our days lounging around the house and really felt so comfortable it felt like home.
In the surrounding area there is a lot of lovely restaurants a short drive away and the larger city of Rethmyno only a 15 min drive with even more resturants and beautiful scenery so highly recommend a visit to there. There is also a lot of super markets and a large lidl a short drive from the house also.
Car is essential for staying here I would say as the hill is steep up to the house but fine in a car.
Dora was a fabulous host, left us with lovely moussaka on our first day arriving and delivered some gorgeous week in our second week. We would definitely recommend her as a host as we had everything we needed. We would love to go back

Villa Iris
Being an older property this villa enjoyed a large plot and garden and had spacious rooms. The view from the balcony towards the Mediterranean was exceptional.
Dora was an exceptional host.

Ruime villa met 3 grote slaapkamers met veel kastruimte. Groot terras voor en grote tuin, incl BBQ plaats en zwembad, achter het huis. Airco in alle slaapkamers en woonkamer. Bedden voor ons iets te hard maar dat is persoonlijk
Restaurants in de buurt en in het stadje. Ook mini markets en supermarkt in de buurt. Goede communicatie met Ioannis en Katerina
