Family-friendly Hotels in Renshou

I came two days before the Spring Festival. There were very few people, but the experience was very good. The one-on-one butler Doudou arranged the room in advance before arriving, followed up the whole process, was very considerate, and also recommended fun and delicious places around. There are two hotels and several restaurants in the park, as well as a water park, go-karts, library, and happy garden that children like, as well as a 24-hour gym and yoga room that adults like. The facilities are very complete and highly recommended.

非節假日來住比較划算，酒店大堂夠大，一樓還有餐廳。本來住宿不含早餐，攜程給會員免費送了早餐券，早餐麪食餃子包子饅頭素菜雞蛋牛奶麪包水果都有。住宿房間空間較大不像某些旅遊城市逼仄空間。進駐空氣較好沒有沉悶感，還有乳膠枕頭可以換（好評）有窗户可以通風空調給力（好評）整體裝飾簡約整潔舒適度高，讓人有下次還來的好感👍 唯一要注意停車問題‼️酒店有地下停車場🅿️還很大，第一次來的朋友不熟悉導航到步行街看不到車位會很惱火，停車位置是距離步行街（被導航停車位置）10米左右有個小巷開進去，開盡頭（第一眼以為是小區內部不要猶豫）再右拐看到一條狹長道路，路邊都有小車，右手邊有個停車場還不是，一直前開到看到酒店🏨招牌，晚上燈亮着很明顯，就在大廳前面一點有斜向下的地下停車場。停車不清楚可以諮詢酒店客服或者電話聯繫

The long breakfast time and afternoon tea time are the characteristics of the hotel. When checking in , Sister Xiao Li at the front desk also took the initiative to help us carry our luggage and sent it to our room. It was a very good experience.

Facilities: Except that the air conditioner is a bit loud, and the TV is not an Internet TV, everything else is good and relatively new. Hygiene: very good ~ cozy and clean. Environment: The decoration is very exquisite, full of details, and I like the overall style very much. Service: There is no need to comment too much on the service~ Five-star praise, very satisfied🥰 I recommend Longxuan Chinese Restaurant at InterContinental! The dishes are delicious and not expensive, and the service attitude is also great~ We didn’t go to the restaurant for dinner until around 2:30 in the afternoon. Because the chef was about to leave work, we contacted Miya in advance and ordered the dishes on WeChat for the chef to cook first. When we arrived at the store, we went straight to the restaurant Eat it, the experience is very good ~ recommended recommendation! 😋

Very friendly staff, excellent location, fast check in and checkout. Plenty parking spaces. A very pleasant view from our room. I will stay here again for 2025 Renshou Half Marathon.

The beauty at the front desk of the hotel is warm and welcoming, and also helps to carry the suitcase. The room facilities are average. The room is a bit musty. The traffic is blocked. The passerby is not seen for a walk at night. The scenery in front of the door is really beautiful. The breakfast is too simple. An egg steamed bun porridge. The Jiang Tuanyu we ordered at noon is very good, fresh and tender, thank you for the beauty at the front desk to send the delicious food to the balcony of the room, while watching the beautiful scenery, while eating food! 👍👍

Good service attitude, clean room, breakfast time in advance for children to participate in the competition, especially praise, the room actually has a small attic, children like it very much

From the moment we arrived our experience at Club Med was fantastic! The staff literally couldn’t do enough for you, Yulia was in contact prior to our stay asking if there was anything extra they could help with the (traveling with two children this is so helpful) The room was beautiful, spacious and clean with lovely views of the lake! The facilities were amazing, with so much entertainment for the kids, my little girl absolutely lovely all the activities and they staff were so so good with her, she even joined in the cabaret show which will be a moment I’ll treasure forever! The evening live singer was a treat too! The first day of our stay there was a private event meaning some restaurants were closed but Kathy, Vicky and Yulia did their upmost best to provide us to alternative food menu other than hotpot. The buffet the next night had everything, spoilt with choice! I can’t wait for club med to be our new weekend break, look forward to returning! My only piece of feedback would be some service around the pool area, to save having to go to the JoyBar for some day drinks!
