I was told that I hadn't paid when I checked in due to trouble, and I was told that I couldn't confirm that day due to system trouble. I contacted trip.com and found that the payment had been completed, so there was no problem after that. The walls are thin so I was annoyed that I could hear a stupid black man talking loudly next door. Good location. Good staff.

Lucie est très arrangeante, nous avions besoin d'une chambre pour quelques heures car nous arrivions de BORDEAUX et ma fille devait se présenter au concours d'entrée à l'école d'art dramatique. Ma fille a pu grâce à cela, se préparer au mieux pour se présenter à 17 H à son audition. Merci lucie

Les échanges par courriels et par téléphone avant de réserver définitivement ont toujours été cordiaux et le CIS a toujours été à l'écoute de nos questions et demandes particulières. Le personnel sur place à l'accueil et au point de restauration est sympathique et toujours souriant. Les chambres sont simples mais cependant confortables. La restauration au self est bonne et le choix des entrées/plats/desserts suffisant. Notre groupe de motards a fréquenté cette structure de nombreuses fois et nous sommes satisfaits du bon rapport qualité/prix/prestations. Le CIS Ethic Etapes de Reims est à proximité du centre ville que nous pouvons rejoindre à pied en une dizaine de minutes.

Nous sommes un groupe de 28 randonneurs. Nous avons été ravis de notre séjour. Excellent accueil, établissement agréable et bien entretenu, très bonne restauration. Les chambres sont confortables et propres y compris les sanitaires Le personnel est très accueillant, à l'écoute et facilitant.

Good value for the money
Good accomendation to a fair price 10 - 15 minutes walk from the city center and close to the fotball stadium. Nice and helpful staff. It was problem with the lock at my room so they give me another room.
