Отель удобно расположен в центре. Очень приятный персонал на ресепшн. Уборка была каждый день. Круглосуточное заселение и доступ в отель. В номере было тепло - работал обогреватель. Ремонт уставший, но для помыться и поспать подходит более чем.

Really disapointing: - It was HOT. Our room was in the roof. The air conditioner didn't work. - We were on the 4th floor. The lift was broken. - Only a single, thin pillow was provided. - We booked a room for three. Two towels were provided. - The room was cramped and basic. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND

Hôtel bien situé, à côté de la mairie, proche de la gare et du marché couvert. Les parties communes ne sont pas en bon état (rafistolages de moquette dans les escaliers entre autre). La chambre, de petite dimension, est propre et a l’air d’avoir été refaite mais la finition n’est pas au top. plutôt 2 étoiles et pas 3.

Das Bett war sehr klein für zwei Personen aber ok. Der Check-in Prozess hat sehr lange gedauert da niemand hinter dem Counter saß und auch nicht erreichbar war.

Nice hotel for short stay in Reims. Very near train station, main plaza, shopping and Notre Dame de Reims. Staff was very helpful and willing to store our bags for the day.

Prix beaucoup trop élevé pour la prestation. Chauffage sous-dimensionné pour la chambre. Pas de minibar dans la chambre Pas de parking contrairement à la description. Des toiles d'araignée sur les murs. La chambre nécessiterait des travaux de rafraichissement. Si le prix n'était pas si élevé la chambre serait correcte. Mais à ce prix là, on attend mieux !!!

Very charming room with a small balcony and good space. In the center of the town and walking to shopping and Main Street was easy. Front desk speaks English so it was nice.
Parking is street parking but no problem finding one. Great place.
