Hotel is located about 10 min away from Cathedral near highway off-ramp. Check-in was efficient and welcoming. They offered a complementary coupon for a champagne on-site with some munchies in the lobby. The room was good size Europe. But I would consider this as a 3-3.5 star vs 4 star hotel as the finishing was just a bit tacky with purple themes, wine, grapes, etc ... I would have preferred a gym on-site. The breakfast was bountiful and a great selection. I would stay in this hotel again for the price.

Goed hotel met uitstekend receptie team. Kamers schoon en goed uitgerust. Perfecte badkamer Voor minder valide. Bar kinderachtig. Als je met echtgenote van welkomstdrankje wilt genieten bij aankomst in een gezellige bar is het vreemd dat even van de twee Moët betalen. In alle Mercure hotels nite meegemaakt eerder.

Ordentliches Hotel für die Durchreise. Guter Durchschnitt. Nicht mehr und nicht weniger. Personal sehr freundlich, Zimmer üblicher Mercure Standard. Lage relativ zentral. Innenstadt un Kathedrale mit ca. 15 Minuten Fußmarsch zu erreichen.

Het hotel ligt op een boogscheut van het centrum van Reims, die te voet te bereiken is, op 10 minuten stappen ben je zo aan de Katedraal en het winkelcentrum. Onze kamer kon hier en daar wel wat opfrissing gebruiken, maar was zeker proper onderhouden en we vroegen om elke dag onze kamer te laten opmaken bij de gestelde vraag aan de receptie. Het ontbijt was in de vorm van buffet, er was alles aanwezig zonder toeters en bellen, Ik nam een roereitje die vers werd aangevuld dus dacht ik lekker warm, , nee de kom roereitjes was net uit de koelkast gehaald DIT HEB IK NOG NOOIT MEEGEMAAKT. Er is een zeer kleine gratis parking maximum 7 wagens en het parkeren is niet eenvoudig met vele schadegevallen, maar dit komt omdat de mensen hun wagen recht zetten en niet schuin zoals aangegeven op de grond, anders moet je gebruik maken van de garage aan 12 euro de nacht. Ik kan dit hotel aanraden voor een bezoek van reims en omstreken vanwege zijn gemakkelijke toegang tot de stad.

Ich kenne diese Hotelkette aus beruflicher Zeit in den 90 des letzten Jahrhunderts. Ich empfand, dass das Hotel einer Renovierung in allen Belangen bedarf. Die Informationen müßten ebenfalls in Englisch erfolgen!!! Das Angebot an Speisen könnte gesteigert werden.

Bien situado, parking en el mismo edificio. Habitaciones muy bien. La TV de la habitación no funcionaba,la cambiaron por una nueva. Relacion calidad/precio muy bien con la promoción del 40% + desayuno

Séjour et accueil parfait le personnel génial agréable compétent et très réactif bonne restauration mais pas assez de choix je reviendrai pour un autre séjour plus long cadre très agréable et accessibilité à la ville à pied rien à dire continuez comme ça 😉

We had a nice room (wheel chair accessible) with enough space around the bed. The bathroom was spacious. Walk to city Center is around 10 minutes. And parking is easy at the hotel. Breakfast was okay. Unfortunately the bar closes quite early.
