Everything was great! Karen greeted us at the door when she saw us coming in. The hotel was clean and quiet. I was given a room far from the elevator as I expected. The window had a beautiful view of the sunset. The bed was comfortable. It was a very good trip.

Very close to Xmas market square, but a bit distance if you are visiting city centre of Reims and the Cathedral. But all in all the hotel is new and clean.
The shower seems sometimes hot and sometimes cold, not consistent.

The junior suite I booked was fantastic great bedding. The room was nice and quiet. Staff at the Radisson well lovely and very helpful, always polite and nothing was too much trouble. During our trip, my daughter and I ate dinner at the restaurant and also had breakfast at the restaurant. The meals were delicious my daughter and I both had the vegetarian options. There was a great choice of breakfast items too. We also had drinks at the rooftop bar, which is an absolute delight! This hotel is in a good location to explore Reims and to take trains to the airport and Épernay. Our sincerest thanks to Hugo and Bastian in particular for their kindness during our 3 night stay. Highly recommend.

Великолепный отель. В 7 минутах пешком от центра. В 5 минутах ходьбы бесплатная парковка. Все отлично. Прекрасный сотрудник Bastian на ресепшн. Апгрейд до углового сьюта. Хороший завтрак. Смело рекомендую.

Great location, 5 minute walk from local markets, 10 minutes from the station, champagne cellars and restaurants, 30 minute walk from Veuve and Tattinger Cellar Tour. Breakfast was plentiful and staff friendly. The bed was so comfortable and clean having only been open approximately a year. Recommend booking back side, opposite from the train line. Hairdryer was excellent and room amenities.
