Spent several nights here during our three week trip exploring Chile. Super clean and well maintained hostel. They plan fun events nearly every night for their guests and it attracts fun and friendly groups of travelers passing through. Highly recommend if you are visiting Santiago on your travels.

Pariwana was a very clean and interesting hostel. The amenities were fantastic and accessible. The beds were very comfortable, being 6'5" I was able to sleep comfortably. We stored bags here outside of staying here and it was great and reasonably priced as we explored the rest of the country. High security and cleanliness. The showers were hot and the WC were proper. Would highly recommend to individuals moving through. Had an air of community and friendliness in the common areas other local hotels couldn't match.

Very fun hostel in the beautiful Bellavista neighborhood of Santiago. We stayed here at the beginning and end of our trip because it was so comfortable, clean, and chill. Cheap beer, lots of fun activities, and good vibes. Highly recommend!

Certas pessoas da recepção do hostel não tem nenhuma consideração com pessoas idosas. Reservamos duas camas num quarto grande para doze pessoas que fica no andar térreo. Dias antes do check-in enviamos várias mensagens solicitando as duas camas na parte de baixo do beliche, bem como em andar baixo por causas das escadas, pois o hostel não tem elevador. Quando chegamos o recepcionista ficou procurando bastante tempo até encontrar um quarto para nos colocar. Colocou-nos num quarto no 3º andar para 10 pessoas, mas muito apertado. Quando vi que o quarto não era o que tínhamos reservado, voltamos para a recepção com todas as bagagens exigindo o quarto que havíamos reservado. Depois de algum estresse e de algum tempo as duas camas apareceram, conforme havíamos solicitado em um quarto para 12 camas no térreo e na parte de baixo do beliche. Agora eu pergunto: por que deixar chegar a esse ponto?
O hostel não serve café da manhã.A cozinha é muito pequena! O refeitório é muitíssimo grande! Precisa melhorar esse ponto dividindo melhor o espaço entre os dois.

Escroc ! Quand je suis arrivée, le gars qui tient l'accueil de l'établissement a voulu me facturé un peu plus que le prix annoncé sur booking, j'ai alors refusé et je suis partie loger ailleurs. Ils m'ont tout de même facturé la nuit complète alors que je n'ai pas dormi chez eux, et pour surtout avoir voulu me faire payer plus que annoncé. De plus, à l'origine, à mon arrivée, avant de devoir payer et de me rendre compte que le prix n'était pas bon, j'ai attendu l'heure de mon check-in qui était à 14h, je suis arrivé vers 10h avec un voyage depuis l'Europe de 24h. L'auberge était vide et personne ne m'a proposé de m'installer plus tôt dans les chambres. Lorsque l'établissement est complet j'entends bien qu'il faut respecter les heures, surtout le temps que le ménage soit fait, mais lorsque l'établissement est vide, ça ne coute rien de laisser le client s'installer un peu avant quand il vient de faire un long trajet. Bref Ni commercant, ni à l'écoute du client, et à la limite de l'escroquerie. Le gars qui tient l'accueil n'est pas du tout chaleureux et de confiance

I stayed for 2 nights. The first night was horrible, I was on the road for almost 2 days, so tired that I could sleep almost anywhere… except in this hostel.
The hostel shares a wall with a night club, the music lasted until 5:55am. It was so loud that I can sing with them, I clearly heard people asking for more reggaeton. FYI I had my earplugs on, didn’t help much. I was not the only one that couldn’t sleep, I had a good chat with other travelers at 5:30am.
The second night was better but still noisy.
