Clean and well lighted room. Great facilities with fitness room and multitude gaming setups. Even have a bar in the lobby. Serving great foods. All and all really enjoy the stay. Well recommended!

Very close to city center with access to food late at night. 15 minute walk to Train station. The room is tidy and bathroom is neat. However there is no amenities. I paid another 10 pounds to check in early at 12. The lift was not working at the time.

Just bath and no shower. Feels like home but nothing like a modern hotel. Basic amenities. Spacious room. Cute little place with free parking. There are food places around. Was stuck in Reading for the night and saw this was close by and price was right..

the second i checked in got a very warm welcome from Safia and Prachi which made me feel very happy and is clear that the staff care about their jobs, even though the staff where polite the food was undercooked on multiple occasions during my stay which had also made vomit, i personally think the managers should be more on top of food quality.

Every staff member at every interaction is approachable, a special mention to Nicola and Fariha at reception; very helpful and friendly while well presented and professional. Your cleanliness and attention to detail and person centred approach has blown us away. We are well travelled, but see ourselves returning to you no matter what event or occasion we are celebrating. From birthdays, relaxing adult only weekends, family breaks, team building weekends… There is nothing we would not trust the hotel staff to manage. We booked a single night's stay at this hotel to visit family in Maidenhead. The hotel was clean, comfortable and in a wonderful setting on the river. We were all made to feel welcome from the moment we arrived, Ashley on reception was friendly and made us feel at home. We only ate breakfast in the restaurant but this was enjoyed by all, including my fussy children. We will stay again on our next family visit.

I stayed at this Travelodge for 3 nights for a business stay. The staff were very welcoming and accommodating. The room was big and clean. The shower always put out hot water. There was no noise coming from inside the hotel or outside. My only negative feedback was that the room was so big that I would have liked some plug sockets next to the bed but apart from that I can’t fault my stay at all.

Wasn't impressed to receive text whilst abroad to say if we checked in late our room could be let. We were flying back and couldn't guarantee getting there at 3 pm. Had to get family member to call to explain. There are 2 Travelodges, one each side of the motorway. We booked the westbound one. Both have the same postcode. Our satnav only recognised Eastbound side. Result was they couldn't find our reservation. Apparently this happens a lot. Staff redirected us so only a few minutes and a few miles delay. Our arrival delayed by difficulty at Heathrow,ie Terminal change and over an hour and a half hours delay before passengers could access luggage reclaim. Staff shortages. Arrived at nearly midnight. Only Costa open at services. However, staff at hotel helpful. Situation good and quiet despite proximity to M4. We were very pleasantly surprised. Room clean and plenty of space, bed comfortable, coffee-making facility welcome. Bathroom fine and water hot. Slept really well and plenty of choice for breakfast with services placed only a few yards away but not causing any noise problem at the hotel. Enjoyable stay. Pity about postcode confusion Maybe explanation to take westbound services turnoff given on website when booking would avoid confusion and save people being taken to the eastbound site. We were worried when satnav told us to pass westbound services but assumed hotel was approached by another turnoff shortly after. It would have made our arrival far less fraught to have been aware of the fact there were Travelodges BOTH sides of motorway. The hotel itself was good and gave us a comfortable night.

4 of us stayed here for one night as we were at a local festival. We arrived and one of the rooms wasn’t ready. We put all of our bags in one room. Although the room was clean and spacious it smelt of damp towels. We went to the reception and asked if they could call us a cab. Was told they were too busy and we would have to do it ourselves. (Even though there was nobody there at the time). The lady on reception the next morning was much friendlier and asked about our evening. Breakfast included in the price was lovely and one of the best breakfasts I’ve eaten at a hotel before. Quite expensive I thought for 1 night.
