A great room for a solo traveller, a huge king size bed and all facilities. They do tend to put singles in the Wellington lodge which is a 10 minute walk to the pool facilities.

Stayed for a long weekend which included a very special wedding, everything was fantastic except for the breakfast and service. On the first day I helped myself from the buffet (warm) only to find the food was cold, took it back and mentioned to the staff and they then replaced with more cold food, complained to the duty manager at reception. 2nd and 3rd day checked the breakfast only to find the same, cold. Paid for 6 breakfasts which we could not eat. No milk alternatives available in the room, asked for some at reception, it was never delivered and we had to purchase our own. corridors littered with empty glasses, wine bottles, jugs for the 3 days of our stay. Not good enough considering the over all cost of our stay.

I recently booked the Wokefield hotel as me and my partner was due a night away. We stayed in the mansion part of the hotel and we both loved our stay, from the booking in to checking out, all the staff was very friendly and helpful. The food was fantastic, and the room was even better. Clean, tidy and very well presented. We will definitely be returning with only one change, we will be staying for longer next time. Thank you to all the staff

Just writing this as a big thank you to all of the staff at the De Vere. I was staying for the week on business, and enjoyed the whole experience. Had the opportunity to book my daughter and her new boyfriend in for a night on their way to a festival. We had a gorgeous meal and drinks. Bubbly in their gorgeous room made it perfect! Special thanks to Laila on reception for her help with making their stay special! Cheers Paul

We were here for a wedding. Lovely venue and golf facilities. Tej at the reception was very helpful. He continuously engaged with us and made us feel welcomed. Will visit again. Ask for Tej if you are here.
