I got greeted by two friendly staffs Jose and Saru who were very helpful who also recommended me great restaurant The Cunning Man nearby. Overall great customer service.

I love my stay, at this hotel, it’s a lovely and clean hotel fresh towels sheets and pillowcases. The room is clean and fresh. The staff are great. Staff like the manager Carmen she is a wonderful person easy to talk she explains everything easy, nothing is too small for her very helpful and happy human being a great lady, and a great Manager. Also, the staff like Joseph, Ash, Reshmi, Sanjay, are great as well, they are always ready to help with anything from teabags to towels, they all fantastic easy to talk to very kind and helpful. No job is too small for them. As well, the The staff that cleaned the hotel are wonderful from Christine to Veronica, from 9 o’clock to 3, do wonderful work they are friendly and kind and always say good morning and good afternoon to you, to all the staff in Travelodge Reading M4 Eastbound, I just like to say thank you so so much for all your hard work that you’re all putting in and making me feel comfortable.
