Shame on a hot evening the swimming pool not open later
The air con was really poor and noisy, windows were open on arrival letting in the hot air, air con should have been on instead but given it was so poor no wonder! no offer of a fan
no parking avaiable i.m disabled and the car park discounted was a 15 min walk for me

The hotel staff is warm and polite, and the facilities have been slightly improved. There is no wash basin or small decorations in the bathroom, and it is too far away from the shower room. After going to the bathroom to do something important, you have to go out the door and go to the other side to wash your hands.

The hotel is in a good location, right next to Reading Railway Station, and there are buses to Heathrow Airport. In addition, it is close to the core shopping area, and it is only two or three minutes' walk away.
After all, it is too close to the business district, so there are inevitably homeless people and drunks, but not many, and it feels safe.
The room is not big, and the weird thing is that the toilet and shower are in separate rooms, not next to each other. And there is no washbasin in the toilet room, so you need to walk two steps to the shower room to wash your hands after you are done.
There is a small parking lot in the backyard of the hotel, with limited parking spaces. If you drive by yourself, you need to make an appointment in advance.
