Good place, okay breakfast, delicious, a lot. Unfortunately, many things are sluggish from COVID, such as no water park, amazon trail, as in the ad. The old adventure makes no confidence in the zipline equipment. The entrance fee for residents cannot use coupons to travel together. The staff is good, but the housekeeper doesn't come to clean the room even though it's hanging. don't want to go again But would recommend other homes as an okay option.

The location is ok. You can cross the road and walk to the sea. But the room has a lot of mosquitoes. Open the door and come in, mosquitoes are flying around. Had to have the housekeeper come and spray mosquito repellent, otherwise I definitely wouldn't be able to sleep.

En tv som gir deg 1 engelstalende kanal, som fungerer innimellom.. If you want internet that stutters and lags, so you never know when it works. A stove with two burners, where only one works, and the other takes 20 minutes to get hot enough to boil an egg. A TV that gives you one English-speaking channel that works occasionally… That has no cold water in the tap—either hot or lukewarm. That lets Russian kids take over the swimming pool so other guests retreat. Where it smells like sewage both in the bathroom and the kitchen— Then this is the place for you!!! Good luck!

For friends who have plans to come to Rayong or come to run errands around here We recommend this place as another accommodation chain like IHG with the concept of Simple Smart Travel, which of course will have the Brand Standard of Holiday Inn Express easily accessible. And I'm sure it's good. Whether it's the room, the smell, good bedding, comfortable sleep, and comes with complete facilities including an outdoor swimming pool, children's pool, Kids Club, Fitness, meeting room, the restaurant is at the back of the building. The lobby offers All Day Dining, including a buffet line breakfast.

Beautiful beach front hotel and all hotel staff are really amazing, very friendly and helpful. Appreciated for all their efforts to make our stay perfectly. The services and amenities should be 4 stars standard instead of 3 stars. Thank you very much and we would definitely stay again in the future

It was a vacation that did not prepare accommodation, but due to the COVID-19 situation. Not many people staying yet. Make a comfortable atmosphere Medium sized water park That is for children Has played with many levels of slides, children Very fascinated, complaining, wanting to go again The service is good, inside there is a shuttle because the entrance to the accommodation is quite far.

VIP chain resort is perfect by location,accommodations, facilities and reasonable price. We found it randomly, staff was very helpful with great sense of sale person. With such warm welcome led us to stay longer than we expected. Location is great for people who want to enjoy the tranquil atmosphere, it is situated in the middle of the way to city and Ban Phe, there are many ways to connect from place to place by public transportations or rented vehicles, so far so good, it's convenience enough for food,massage,bars and activities around the resort. Design and space are built proportionally, spa and fitness have a great sense of thai aesthetics. Two beautiful pools and beach chairs which resort provides guests on a nice beach. Room is spacious, good contemporary design between authentic thai and tropical. Love the greenery vibes that perfectly fall into place. Beautifully furnished by built-in furnitures, good size of kitchen,corresponds to standards EXCEPT the bidet showers that THEY INTENTIONALLY REFUSED to have. Previously, we stayed at Sea Sand Sun hotel which is owned by same chain,so same chain same policy, no BIDET showers but thai design! I pathetically laughed out loud, not because of I didn't know how to use toilet paper but no bidet in the KINGDOM of THAILAND. Before we left, surprisingly got the explanation (i.e. excuse) which was said ”This hotel chains are owned by european so they prefer not to follow thai toilet culture, moreover,some guests don't know how to use and often break the bidet showers so we have to prevent this.” Dear owner,I was quite disappointed to know this,not about the non-thai you are but your narrow attitudes. You designed and decorated everything into THAI style to get money in my country but not even little thought to show how you respect cultures and local way of living.
