Room very clean, bed perfect, crisp clean sheets, great pillows. But was also traveling on business as well as family visit. Getting on the internet for phone and personal computer took help from the fellow on duty. Expert with a computer, but no sunshine...had a desk chair that was broken, collapsed all the way down. Asked for another...nope. Asked for any other kind of normal chair...nope...that is not hospitality. Another staff person was quite nice. BUT...No business computer/printer! A must for me. (Be sure and ask when you make reservations).

The hotel can only be said to be okay, relatively simple, with average environment, average facilities, and good service. If you are not particular about accommodation, you can still choose. The location is okay.

I wish all Days Inn in the country would be like this one. Affordable, clean, good beds, fragrance free-important to me, good shower pressure, perfect AC well maintained, clean air. Overall clean, friendly stuff.

Check-in was quick and smooth. Monica( I beleive the right name),is a great lady,very polite and professional She put us in a safe and quiet room with easy access to parking. The room was very clean. Everything in the room worked. Good water pressure for a shower. Breakfast a surprise with plenty of options. I recommend it for a safe stopover. And a good night's sleep.

Upon entering the room, my 15 year old daughter immediately pulled back the bed sheets only to see a large bloodstain on the bottom mattress. Although the front desk was accommodating in assigning another room, the sight was more than a little unsettling. Our family suffered a tragedy only 2 years ago where my niece was shot in her bed. It was horrifying. I do not understand why, if they chose to use this box spring, why they did not turn it to the end of the bed where it would not be the first thing someone sees. The replacement room was comfortable.

Plus- the clerk did ask for ID when I checked in. The room was a nice size, clean and bed and pillows were super comfy. They had in house laundry available with very reasonable pricing. What could be improved...the shower was really touchy with temperature, the in room refrigerator ran all night and the breakfast was mostly a grab-n-go heat and eat type of thing. No cooked items. We do not eat flour so muffins, breakfast sandwiches, etc. were not something we would have preferred. I believe there was fruit and possibly yogurt also there but at that time the provisions I had in the car were more appetizing.

We are a 50 something couple traveling through wyoming for a few weeks. We stayed at the days in Rawlins for one night on our way to Lander..It was easily one of the nicest hotels we have stayed at recently ( especially for the price). The room was spacious and clean, bed was comfortable. 2 small things to mention 1. The hotel doesn't have a elevator ..if you have mobility issues be aware 2. Rawlins is part of Carbon County a big refinery is just outside you will smell it
