Service and staff were great. Felt clean and cozy. They were very helpful about our tv not working. Offered us another room and gave us a discount when we refused.

Beautiful hotel. The pool is very warm clean and so much fun! Hot tub is wonderful! Breakfast was the best I've had from a hotel in a long time! Only complaint they couldn't keep up with the pool towels.

When the sheers in the window are ripped in two places it might be time for a facelift. I did ask tho for a room close up front to breakfast due to walking issues and they gave us 103 which was perfect. The room, however, was dark as are most hotels, not an actual reading light available. Bathroom was dark. Sofa was nice to have but needed a new one. We stop here as they do have the nicest breakfast set up, plenty of choices, plenty of seating as well. The gentleman working the breakfast area was quite nice. We stayed in room 138 as well and that's too far from the breakfast area for bad walkers. But we managed. Ask for close up if you have walking issues and then chose king or queen. They are all in different areas of a very long, long hotel.

The hotel does not look nice on the outside but the room was newer and newly renovated. The beds were old and not very comfortable. The rooms have two entry doors - one from the outside and one from the inside. Kind of weird. I might stay again but ....?

Very nice hotel. The girls who checked us in were very friendly and fun. Our room was clean and comfortable and the pool and hot tub was very inviting after a long day of driving. The breakfast was delicious with many choices of hot and cold items. We had a low tire when we checked out and the young man who checked us out was very helpful giving us the name of a local place to get it fixed. We would definitely stay here again!

just ok, only window of the room was facing the hallway, no external window. That was quite disappointing. Cleanliness also just ok, towels and bath mat damp. not clear if not well dried or used... Complimentary breakfast ok.
