This is a nice hotel but in the middle of nowhere. Had to get to Raveena to take the cruise and this was booked but the Cruise company. There is nothing around this hotel. No restaurants , no mini markets , just in the middle of a park. Rooms were nice. Staff were professional and helpful. Food in the restaurant was average and you had no option but to use them. They keep advertising the Chef but in my view it wasn't great quality food. If you just need a hotel for a night to get onto a cruise this maybe okay . But i suggest a hotel to town so you can see a bit of Ravenna before you start your cruise.

Modern and Nice hotel, located not far from the centre and with a large ample parking space. Comfortable Spacious rooms and toilet. Rooms are clean and well arranged. The Dinner & Breakfast with a wide choice and good raw materials. We stayed along with a group Europe tour team. Recommended.

My family stayed just one night and we had two rooms. The staff is amazing and very accommodating. The only reason we did not give 5 stars is that the hotel needs a lot of updates. Hallway walls and carpet are very dirty and beat up. The room itself was clean just needs updating. The chairs in our room had some rips in them and our shower wouldn't shut off.

Hotel 4 stelle superior con qualche ombra di troppo. Alla gentilezza del personale – davvero apprezzabile – si contrappongono dettagli che non ci si aspetta in una struttura di questa categoria: in camera 705 abbiamo trovato un calzino usato nell’armadio, un bidè che perdeva acqua e una luce del comodino penzolante. La colazione, purtroppo, non raggiunge lo standard atteso per un 4S. Nota positiva: il ristorante, dove abbiamo cenato bene, con servizio e qualità in linea con le aspettative. Peccato, perché basterebbe più attenzione per rendere l’esperienza davvero “superior”.

Ho soggiornato nella stanza a tema disponibile con il pacchetto Hotel + Mirabilandia. Non ho fruito dei pasti. Mio figlio di 6 anni ha apprezzato completamente tutto... ed anche il papà. Il costo è stato importante ma, sia l'hotel che il parco divertimenti, li meritano tutti. TOP!

Hotel poco fuori dal centro di Ravenna, posizionato in una strada di passaggio e facilmente raggiungibile, agevole accesso e ampio parcheggio. Camere pulite, spaziose, ben tenute, bagno ampio e dotato. Colazione ottima con buon assortimento e ottimo servizio. Personale attento, disponibile e cortese. Ampia sala per convegni. Abituato ad alberghi romani, altro mondo. Consigliato

Per grandezza e posizione questo albergo potrebbe dare di più. Come impianto in alcuni punti si percepisce il fatto che sia un po' datato. Il letto in camera è comodo ma la moquette puzza un po'. Le finestre sono sigillate per motivi di sicurezza ma ciò non permette un ricircolo ottimale. Inoltre, il cestino del bagno non era stato adeguatamente svuotato e abbiamo ritrovato degli oggetti usati forse da ospiti precedenti. Nota positiva: i camerieri che ci hanno servito a cena e a colazione sono persone che, nonostante l'età, sono super professionali e attenti alle esigenze degli ospiti.

Tutto bellissimo… dalla camera ( versione mirabilandia) ai bimbi è piaciuta tantissimo… camere spaziose, bagno grande è bellissimo… cibo del ristorante buonissimo, staff gentilissimo.. ho avuto la fortuna di avere il cameriere che si chiama MASSIMO ultragentile e disponibile… una garanzia… top number one💪🏻
