The room clean and comfortable.

I was not very happy with my stay… the hotel said they didn’t have my reservation from trip.com and insisted on it not being their fault. Trip contacted them and was super helpful. And through trip the hotel said the problem was that they had a wrong name. The booking was made online though and the name on my booking confirmation was correct. It nearly took an hour for us to finally get a room and we were lucky they still had a free one. But they booked us into a triple room, even though we booked a family room.. The rooms are not well furnished (old furniture), there were only 2 electricity sockets and 1 of them was broken. The shower had black mold in the corner. The hotel might be nice for the pool and spa, but if you only stay 1 night you probably won’t have time to use it. So I would not recommend to book a stay with this hotel.. The only nice things were the location and the lobby

First time staying here for business purpose. Overall the experience is good where the room is quite spacious and clean. There is a grocery store (Netto) on next door and further walking distance of 15mins, there is another larger grocery store called Rewe for your basic necessities. Location wise it is nearer to FRA airport (around 15mins by car) but no issue to go to town as there is train station nearby with 10mins walking distance. Less dine-in restaurant options I must say.

The front desk service is very good, the receptionist is very patient, just ask if you have any questions. The plugs should be prepared with European standard adapters in advance. There is a supermarket nearby (about 5 minutes walk), you can search on the map yourself, or ask the front desk. It is about a 10-minute walk from the city rail station, and you can go to Frankfurt Airport or the city. There is a bus stop next to the hotel. It is very convenient to travel. The overall feeling is very good, but the only drawback is that the facilities are a bit old.

Room number 148 was thought to be upstairs, but it turned out to be on the ground floor, with a nice view outside the window. The room was clean and tidy.

I was passing through Frankfurt on my way back to China and would leave after one night in transit. I booked their hotel for convenience. The hotel has a shuttle bus at the airport, but neither Ctrip nor the hotel told me how to take it. I found out after checking the AI ​​software. Wait at Exit B6 of Terminal T1. Please note that the shuttle bus is not available at all time periods. There are limited time periods in the morning, afternoon and evening. There are two shuttle buses with the same hotel name. Don't get on the wrong bus. It must be the one with west at the end. Pick-up is free, but it costs 5 euros per person to send you to the airport the next day. You have to book in advance, and the front desk didn't give you tickets when you asked. The driver chased us for the card the next day. The room was average, about 80 points. For dinner, turn left at the gas station and there is a European steakhouse and a Turkish kebab. The latter seems to be very popular with the local working class. We ate until we were full with 13 euros per person.

The price/performance ratio was very high during the exhibition period. The only drawback was that the light rail station was a bit far, more than one kilometer away.

We stayed one night in the hotel. Check-in was quick and easy. Parking is possible. The friendly staff helped us very quickly with any queries. The western breakfast was very good and sufficient. You can tell in some places that the hotel is a bit older (elevator, door opening, etc.). However, the room was functional and clean. I would definitely come back.

The room is quite big. Outside the window is a beautiful small independent house. I don't think the air conditioner is too hot. Everything else is fine. Maybe the room is too big. Breakfast is a relatively ordinary European breakfast.
