Songxia Hotel (Chongqing Central Park) Reviews

Service at 颂夏 is most delightful. We had an early check in to a beautiful and clean room. The room lights, curtains, TV, alarm and aircon are controlled by Xiao Ai. We took the option of afternoon tea and had an awesome time at the lounge with rose flavored coffee latte and cinnamon apple tea with a French toast set. The hotel is connected to a large mall with sufficient local meal options. As we are heading to the airport, the hotel staff called a didi Free of charge for us and gave us an umbrella as it was raining. Such thoughtful and detailed service is really remarkable and we will definitely want to come back.

A great hotel located next to the shopping mall and metro station, Central Park west, line 5 and 10, they have a buffet menu for both Western and Chinese breakfast, located on the 28th floor and staff are helpful and friendly

Near the airport and hotel offered free airport pickup service even though we landed past midnight. Hotel room is clean and breakfast offers a decent selection.

It is next to 3 different shopping malls with many restaurants. This hotel is in a high rise building mixed with residential and hotels, occupied the 28&29th floor. Checkin is on the 28th floor immediate outside the elevator. Breakfast, afternoon tea and light lunch all are very good. Laundry room is on the 29th floor. Subway station is within 5 minutes walk from the building, line 10 will pass the airport; both line 10 or line 5 connect to other lines to major sightseeings. There is a park with waterfall that’s within 10 minutes walk.

Honestly, it may not locate in downtown but it’s a great location if you prefer peaceful and comfortable Everything is probably good, easy to grab some food or restaurant, bec the hotel is the same building the mall, front of , behind, beside all are mall, employee is friendly and helpful

There is also a shopping mall downstairs, which is very convenient, so I stayed for a few nights in a row. The hotel is decorated with strawberry bears as the main theme, which is super cute. The breakfast is very rich and the restaurant's exterior view is also great. I like the pig intestines + beef noodles very much. The taste is great. The lady at the front desk was very nice and gave me two afternoon coffee coupons, but I didn't have time to go. It's a pity. I will choose here next time!

The hotel is newly renovated and the subway is very convenient. There are many business districts nearby. The room rate is usually very cheap and the breakfast is rich. A bowl of noodles late at night made me feel the hospitality of Chongqing people. Rongrong, the front desk girl, made very authentic noodles, Chongqing noodles. Recommended to everyone. After checking in, I felt that all the staff, including the front desk, catering, and guest rooms, were operating with great care. They should have received professional training. The room facilities were also very good.

The check-in experience was very good. I arrived at Jiangbei Airport in the early morning. The front desk staff Junjun was very welcoming. There was a free airport pick-up. After arrival, we were given a room upgrade because our flight was at night. We were also given a free extension from 2 o'clock to 4 o'clock for check-out. Songxia Hotel is the most thoughtful hotel I have stayed in recently! Slippers and towels are all wrapped in plastic bags. Plastic slippers, laundry detergent, razors are all provided. There is also a special place to hang clothes, which is very good. Xiaoai is also very useful. There is nothing that can't be done with care! Very good! Of course, it would be better if the sign downstairs could be a little bigger!

Service: Kua Kua Jun Jun~~Super nice lady, responsive to every request. Facilities: Clean and tidy, with smart toilet and Xiao Ai, sleep well all night. Environment: Breakfast is still delicious, braised pork buns are top 1, pea rice noodles are also delicious.
