Employees in all departments of the hotel are cordial and courteous and will try their best to solve problems during your stay. Furthermore, if you book the Safari, canoe & coach and other projects they provide, all of them will be picked up by a special car, so you don’t have to worry about finding transportation on your own!

The facilities are okay, the service is good, and the environment is very good. It is not convenient to go out to eat. There is no Chinese food in the town by tuk-tuk. I am not used to the buffet in the hotel. I can only stay for 2 days without food that suits my appetite. I can't stand it.

We were staying here during our trip to chitwan nationalpark. Wie got a very warm welcome and during our stay the whole staff was very friendly! Specially Rozan and the others from the dinner team did everything that we felt well and could enjoy our stay in every possible way! We can very recommend!

They care for you all the time, good location and tours to the jungle. Keshav Subedi and the restaurant manager made our stay a great experience. We were able to see deers, bysons, crocodriles, rhinos, and many other animals. I definetely recomend it

Ottimo hotel all ingresso nella giungla, belle stanze, ottimi pasti, straordinaria gentilezza e disponibilità. Consiglio safari nella giungla con elefante perché può avvicinarsi agli animali senza che questi scappino e di non farlo con la jeep perchè se vedrete gli animali saranno a grande distanza.

Sehr leckeres Buffet bei allen Mahlzeiten und sehr guter Service von Rozan und seinem Team! Man wurde herzlich aufgenommen und hat sich sofort wohlgefühlt. Auch die Ausflüge die das Hotel angeboten haben waren super, vorallem aber auch die Ranger haben viel Erfahrung und können einem viel erklären und zeigen. Annjey war ein sehr kompetenter Ranger und hat uns beim Jungle-Walk sehr viel gezeigt und erklärt.

Had a wonderful stay at Landmark. The staff couldn’t do enough to help. They arranged everything from hero safari, canoeing, jungle walk, sunset walk and more. Front desk even arranged an extra tour for me which wasn’t originally in the package I booked. Food was excellent and plentiful. Perfect from start to finish! Highly recommend.

Beautifully nestled hotel with clean and very friendly staff. We met Anish at the restaurant and he was amazing, took great care of us. Food was great. Ambience was fantastic. Would definitely recommend others. Look forward to coming back again. Thank you!
