The room we got on 1st day was Bellisima Italy and it was super dirty.. the room was not even cleaned and had stained pillow.. there were spider webs all around, only the washroom in the room was clean..the next day we were shifted to Malgudi days dormitory which was much better than the deluxe room.. food was good but they need to work on as they charge you good amount for the same..

Room are clean and good. Manager and receptionist are non professional. They say 1 pm check out but they are not sure that they will provide on time. They try to give you rooms which are not getting out hence make sure you take the room you are looking for. Restaurant is good and food is also good.

The Best Theme resort in Ratnagiri. This resort stands out as one of the highly recommended resort in Ratnagiri. It's the resort where you can experience different cultures of the world. I visited with my family in May 2023. They have theme based rooms and a water park adjacent to this. It has splendid ambience, breath taking views and extremely hospitable staff. Rooms have different type of themes like Konkan, Gujarat, Assam, Bengal, Kashmir, Ajanta and Ellora caves, Malgudi days, Kerela, Jungle safari etc... Adults and kids will extremely love this place. They have a in-house Multi cuisine restaurant. Location is well maintained and clean..
