The hotel chitara residency was excellent with food and room. It's close to ratnagiri railway station that's why it's nice place to stay.

Location was at highway with transport facilities available. Also near to railway station. Amenities and services were also upto mark. Staff was cooperative with early and late checkout also

electricity is a big concern, there is no alternative feature when the light goes off...! even your landline phone stops working, there is no lift facility, in such a situation, you have to do a lot of up and down for every important work,

The property is good, but there was issue of hot water, which they have assured will be fixed shortly. However stay, food was very good.
