electricity is a big concern, there is no alternative feature when the light goes off...! even your landline phone stops working, there is no lift facility, in such a situation, you have to do a lot of up and down for every important work,

The property is good, but there was issue of hot water, which they have assured will be fixed shortly. However stay, food was very good.

Location of hotel is good and close to railway station and on main high way
food is excellent and servise is also very good and hotel owner is very kind and helpfull he him self drop us to station as auto is not available

We were very much pleased with your concern about our dinner, though we had arrived so late. We were very happy on seeing the cleanliness of the hotel room and especially the toilet. Room service was wonderful. Breakfast was tasty. Your staff is well mannered and well behaved. Hotel chitara is really well maintained and has a surprising ambiance.

No wifi is working, no television is working, rest all was ok hotel staff is good, food was food location is also good and nearby to railway station. I had stay with my family. Hotel was nearby to railway station, hotel staff was good, food was good but the other services like television, internet was not working. Raised the complaint for tv when i checked inn the hotel but they said that set off box was not working we are checking bit till the time of check out no update about television

I had booked 2 deluxe rooms but i was provided one small size room as the deluxe room ceiling had fallen. But i had to pay for deluxe room. Then there was no hot water from the solar heater as well as the geyser. They had given a heater coil for heating water. My family had a bath with hot water but i had to bath with cold water. Rest service was ok
