Very good hotel with friendly service I recently stayed at the Mercure Hotel Düsseldorf Ratingen and was very satisfied overall. The room was clean, well-equipped, and quietly located – ideal for a restful night. The staff was friendly and helpful, especially during check-in and breakfast service. The breakfast buffet was varied and fresh, with a good selection of hot and cold dishes. I particularly enjoyed the coffee. The hotel's location is also convenient – both for business trips and excursions in the surrounding area. One minor drawback was the slightly dated furnishings in the bathroom, but this hardly detracted from the positive overall impression. Overall, a very pleasant stay – I give it 4 out of 5 stars.

Super simple and pragmatic accommodation with a McDonald’s right across the street and free breakfast. Unbeatable value for money.

I always felt the exhaust fan in the bathroom was making noises. Although it was very quiet, it always affected my rest. Fortunately, I was too tired, so I fell asleep while lying down. At the same time, there was a lamp in the middle of the bed, so it was easy to hit my head.
