Complain, complain, complain! ! ! Garbage front desk The front desk staff of this hotel has very poor working ability. On the surface, whatever you ask her, she replies OK, but behind the scenes, she doesn’t do anything for you. There was a European and American-looking woman with yellow hair in a separate window on the right side of the check-in front desk. The service was very poor. During the first check-in, I showed her my ID and the English version of the hotel order. I also told her to check in, and then I checked in. I asked if it was a double bed room with sea view, breakfast, etc. In the end, I was given two beach towels, a bath towel card and a drink card for the bar next to it, but I was not given a room card. I was given a paper box for the room card. Write down the room number and make a room card, and tell you to go to the bar. Are you carrying a lot of bags just to ask her to apply for two bath towel cards? Such a wicked person at the front desk, she can tell at a glance whether she did it on purpose. , the front desk is rubbish. I hope Ctrip staff can understand the situation. Their manager knew it. One of the best intercontinental hotels we have ever been too. Classy hotel and fantastic amenities. Shaheedah from Egypt did our checkin smoothly. Abdou helped with our bags. All the staff were well trained and took care of the guests. One thing that could be changed is someone should be attending at the checkin/check out counters to avoid annoying customers because no one could make out who was next in the queue. Food was amazing and the beach and pool awesome. Although in January when we went the sea water was too cold and very windy. So beach was difficult to swim in but the pool was temperature controlled. Great hotel and value for money. Also the pressure of the showers should be increased if possible. And better shampoo should be arranged too.

A very enjoyable experience with Aman Ullah a lot of fun he is very friendly the way he approach the absolutely unbelievable.When see any gust he welcome everyone and thoroughly interesting activities to entertain the kids whilst the poolside was a relaxing atmosphere for me and my wife. The beach ⛱️ is amazing view very long beach.The swimming pool is very deep and large.I would like to recommend this hotel 5 Star service.Thak you Aman Ullah your hospitality and safety give us our children.👍👍👍👍

I fixed it for me. He stayed for a total of 10 nights, and then I was guaranteed by my Visa credit card. The hotel is good but! !! !! Everyone must pay attention! Don't guarantee with a Visa credit card. I never filled my credit card with information, only this time. Then a month later, it was stolen a few days ago! Although it is tens of dollars, but the staff of this hotel is too unreliable. Sorry for this brand. No such thing happened to Waldorf as I lived elsewhere. My uncle also said that the hotel had Indian waiters and the attitude was not good. I hope everyone has a heart, don't use visa abroad! !!

Seeing the recommendation of travel bloggers on Xiaohong, I chose to go on a weekend trip. It is a very beautiful tent hotel with many activities in the hotel. The breakfast is very good and very comfortable. If it is not time, it is best to stay for 2 nights!

We went here with friends who has holidayed here when it had just opened. We had a 10. night holiday booked with BA we arrived the early hours of Sunday 9th of October. We unpacked went to bed after looking around room in daylight next morning I wasnt impressed, we had 1 b/towel so hubby went down and asked for another also we asked for extra coathangers as there were only 4 (for 2 people) ?? The towel s did appear but no coathangers on trying the shower the head from the shower only produced a trickle so we asked if someone could check it for us . The light in the bathroom was flickering when we looked in it this is what we saw (see 1st photo ) there were two lights one either side of the sink both full.of dead flies they fixed the flickering light but the the other light though working was still full of dead flies ???????? Long story short they never fixed the shower we gave up asking for it to be fixed and used the small head on the shower. The 2nd photo is the photo is the mess that greeted us on our bathroom floor when we returned to our room after our 3rd request for the shower to be fixed (at least we assumed)they were trying to fix the shower head ) why else would you leave s bathroom in that state 😡😡😡😡😡😡 It was 5.30 and we had dinner booked for 6.30 i went ballistic hubby thought i was blaming him he threw one of the white bath towels over it and to cease arguung about this awful room iI.didn't complain about the room after that I decided it was easier to just put up with it and keep.the peace I should have at the start of the holiday demanded to move rooms and it would have been a much nicer holiday. We had paid for two upgrades and this room was certainly not worth the price we paid. The hotel does have good points the staff are amazing resturant and bar staff are some of the best we have ever had rhe privilage of meeting. Shout out for Peter and the Pizza chef in the Italian we enjoyed your singing and they are fabulous people . Also shout out for Nushta in the lobby bar but there were too any lovely staff to.mention by name the staff are certainly a great asset to the hotel. We really used only the a la carte restaurants in the evening for dinner and they r amazing always managed to book.a table and we loved the Italian at lunchtime too. I dont do brekkie but hubby and our friends did . The main areas of the hotel are lovely and reasonably kept seats are stained quite badly in some places and do need upgrading . The weather was fab food was good staff amazing but the photos of our room speak for themselves. I should gave made a stand at the start of the holiday regarding the room but then again no 5 star hotel should have a room in this condition.

We were on a business meeting in Ras Al Khaimah, got free late and decided to stay overnight there. Had a last minute search and found this hotel! When we came, the big room we paid online for was still busy. The hotel staff was very helpful, they found us another room and offered a breakfast as a compensation. We did not try the breakfast as we were too tired but I appreciate a lot the professionalism of the staff who knew how to solve the situation with no hassle! The rooms are spacious and the furniture is new. they have teapots in the room which is a great +. the bathrooms are big and clean. There is a cafeteria and nearby too if you want to have some bites or fresh juices anytime. A big mall with carrefoure is just in front of the hotel. we did not have a chance to explore more neighbourhood as it was a quick stop over.

Wonderful hotel. Loved it! Cleaning every day The beds are very soft, large, comfortable The room has everything to make it comfortable to live there Air conditioning, safe, kettle, cups, coffee, tea, sugar, 2 bottles of water. Every day everything is updated during cleaning! A mini-bus goes to the sea and back, but unfortunately, only twice a day, I would like more often and a bigger bus, since all the people do not fit at a time. The staff is friendly, but it would be nice if Russian-speaking employees appeared at the reception) I liked the rest, the hotel is good! Thank you very much 🙏

Very friendly and helpful staff, excellent breakfast spread, big comfy beds, laundry facility is a huge plus. Would want to make a special mention of Winthu, from house keeping, who did an excellent job of ensuring that my room was spic and span at all times. One of the most hard working employees that I have come across and would request the management to please convey my appreciation to him.
