特に、部屋に栓抜きがないので借りに行くと、
フロントがラウンジに行って、借りて欲しいと、言うから、行くと、1個しかないから、すぐ返せ‼️❓
おかしくないですか？ これだけのホテルで栓抜きが1個しかない❓ あきらかに、貸したくない雰囲気の男性若いスタッフは、最悪⤵️
チェックアウト☑️の女性も、愛想が全然なく残念😢

The location was perfect and we are lucky enough to find street parking just outside the hotel. However, due to the lack of blanket (only a thin sheet of cloth and a unwashable thick blanket in wardrobe), we were unable to get a good night sleep. Also, the handle of the toilet was broken.

Premesso, hotel 4 stelle, matrimoniale vista mare al prezzo di 270€. E’stata un disastro dall’inizio alla fine. Il sito di prenotazione ti fa prenotare una stanza con tanto di fotografia della stessa appena ristrutturata, peccato che quando arrivi la stanza sia completamente diversa, senza balcone è decisamente da ristrutturare. Macchia di muffa in bagno e cabina doccia rotta. Al check out, condotto con sciatteria e senza il minimo sforzo di mostrare gentilezza, hanno ammesso che ci sono stanze ristrutturate e stanze che non lo sono. Prevedere un prezzo diverso no? Posizione centrale, peccato che fino all’una di notte c’è la musica a tutto volume. La colazione è mediocre. Sconsigliato.

Due settimane l'anno scorso in questo hotel. Oltre che essere un vecchio hotel senza spiaggia o accessi al mare, offre solo lo stretto necessario. Unico punto favorevole la cena al ristorante che viene pagata a parte. Per di più' questi signori mi devono ancora €411.- che è la differenza fra un mio bonifico di €5000.- e la loro fattura di €4588.79. Siccome il bonifico di € 5000.- era stato effettuato alla loro centrale contabile di Milano, questi signori si sono rifiutati di ritornarmi il saldo.A nulla valgono telefonate e e-mails. Trattamento miserabile. Hotel da sconsigliare. C. Corti Gartenstrasse 9 8102 Oberengstringen Wir waren 2 Wochen in diesem Hotel letztes Jahr. Das Hotel ist mittelmässig und ist nicht das Geld wert. Kein Strand oder Zugang zum Meer. Das Beste ist noch das Restaurant, das zusätzlich bezahlt wird. Diese Herren schulden mir noch €411.- die ich zuviel bezahlt habe. Die Rechnung war €4588.79 und ich hatte eine Überweisung von € 5000 auf dessen Konto bei der Zentrale Mailand. Das Hotel weigerte mir die Auszahlung und versprach mir eine Vergütung über Mailand zu tätigen. Trotz mehreren Telefonate und e-mails, habe ich bis heute das Geld nicht gesehen. Hotel ben organizzato, personale molto attento alle esigenze del cliente. Ho cenato al ristorante dell hotel con una scontistica dedicata ai clienti dell hotel e ho cenato benissimo. Le camere sono ben curate in tutti i particolari. Prenoterò nuovamente per Agosto. CONSIGLIATISSIMO
