We were not able to stay, but we did pay for the reservation, so I do not value the location, cleanliness or facilities. What did happen was that we had a medical problem, with official proof, and they did not offer us any solution. We did not ask for a refund, but for new dates, and the answer was the same. Very poor customer service.

The hotel was excellent and in a great position in the town. The staff were excellent and very nice. The breakfast is a basic continental but it is very nice and the coffee was lovely. I would go back to this hotel again, no question. The spa swimming pool was cold and overall the spa wasn’t worth €18 each to go in but overall the hotel was superb. One thing the staff did do was cater for our need for having hot drinks in our room. No kettle provided but they were more than helpful in providing a tray and tea pots when needed. Gotta have our cup of tea in the morning. Thank you Hotel Europa!

Ein ganz hervorragendes Hotel mit viel Charm und einem exzellenten Service vor allem beim Frühstück. Ich bin etwas Gehbehindert, doch der Ober war immer sehr sehr aufmerksam und hat mir mein Teller zum Tisch getragen. Vielen Dank!

Hotel da consigliare sicuramente… unico neo, comune purtroppo a tutte le strutture del posto, è la difficoltà a trovare un parcheggio soprattutto nei periodi di alta stagione con molta affluenza di clientela in zona.
