We were not able to stay, but we did pay for the reservation, so I do not value the location, cleanliness or facilities. What did happen was that we had a medical problem, with official proof, and they did not offer us any solution. We did not ask for a refund, but for new dates, and the answer was the same. Very poor customer service.

The hotel was excellent and in a great position in the town. The staff were excellent and very nice. The breakfast is a basic continental but it is very nice and the coffee was lovely. I would go back to this hotel again, no question. The spa swimming pool was cold and overall the spa wasn’t worth €18 each to go in but overall the hotel was superb. One thing the staff did do was cater for our need for having hot drinks in our room. No kettle provided but they were more than helpful in providing a tray and tea pots when needed. Gotta have our cup of tea in the morning. Thank you Hotel Europa!

Behagelig Opphold. Litt dårlig frokost.
Behagelig opphold, hyggelige ansatte.
Dårlig utvalg til frokost da man måtte være tidlig ute for å et bredere utvalg. De var tomme for egg begge dagene enda vi kom en time før frokost stengte. Det serveres ikke bacon og ellers litt manglene av andre ting vi er vant til ved hotel frokoster.

Cattiva accoglienza
Hotel situato in ottima posizione a Rapallo, camere discrete, servizio modesto. Siamo stati “accolti” da una receptionist bionda, che non si è neanche scomodata a tornare alla reception (stava parlando con un altro dipendente in entrata) per urlarci “il check in alle 2!”, erano le 12,30, e alla nostra domanda se potevamo lasciare i bagagli c’è stato risposto un “metteteli la”.

Excellent
After a mix up with my original booking this hotel welcomed me very late at night and I stayed for three days they turned a very stressful situation into a blessing. The desk staff and breakfast staff were beyond excellent !! Room was clean and comfy with an authentic charm and location was awesome !! Walk to everything including the train on my departure and the price was very reasonable for the quality !! Thank you 🇨🇦
