I had came to ranchi first time with my family I am looking for hotel where we can stay safely . I was scared about the security but after I was satisfy with the service of hotel specially caring nature of hotel staff enjoyed the homely food all staff are well behaved and prompted

The most amazing hotel in terms of everything 1) hospitality is what they know it and cater it and all the staffs are so polite and supportive, Be it a ground staff, house keeping, room service, food manager or front office staffs. 2)kudos to team of chefs who made my stay so comfortable for 6 days The food served was truly homely and made with love and care Must stay for every travellers to Ranchi, even though u pay little extra but u get the best. Limited options in the city. I felt like an average hotel. Very near to the railway station. Not that much worth for money during my visit. Small room, very old building. However i got adjusted as there is hard to find another one. So stayed with a positive mood.

Our stay in maple wood is simply thrilling. The hotel, its location, rooms, exquisite furniture in rooms and their arrangement was superb. Food was of high quality, and moderately priced. From manager to gatekeeper, everybody was extremely courteous and helpful. Room service needs special praise. This must be one of the 3 best hotels in ranchi. Whenever i come here again, i'll prefer this hotel only. I can't the way to deduct 1 or 2 marks from full marks of 100.
