There are no mosquitoes in the room, the breakfast is quite rich, the service is well trained, the environment in the hall is very elegant, and the scenery can be seen while eating, listening to the piano accompaniment.

Very comfortable. Very clean. We had breakfast and dinner - all excellent and the roof top dining room provided wonderful panoramic views of the area. Ashish and the team did everything they could to make us feel welcome and our stay was extremely enjoyable.

Staying at Bloom Hotel Ranchi was great overall experience. The rooms had all the comforts you come to expect, soft beds, hot showers, good cleanliness, a reliable wifi connection and air conditioning. The food was a stand out, very delicious with a great variety both in the restaurant and room service. The staff were attentive, professional and helpful in every aspect, arranging travel when we needed at reasonable prices. Special shoutout to Rupen Kumar Nayak who always went above and beyond. We will definitely be using Bloom again!

We booked the hotel online for 2 days stay from 7th April23 to 9th April 23 after reading good reviews. But after reaching the hotel we were overwhelmed it was a complete paisa wasool decision.We were given a room no 115 which was a standard room with ac.The icing on the cake was the rooftop swimming pool which can be accesses anytime between 7 am to 5 pm at the minimal cost of Rs 100 per person for swimming costume.The staff of the hotel were very much cordial and friendly especially Mr Hemant Mukherjee who haelped us to arrange the Patratu Valley and Ranchi Sight seeing Tours. Overall experience very good.Would recommend others to enjoy the hospitality of the Winsome. Mr Subhra Kanti Mukherjee Asansol

GGuest UserIt was an amazing experience. The staff are very helpful. The reception and the room service staff are too good. We arrived at 4am as our train was 5 hrs late and we got steaming hot food. When we were leaving, we had asked for our dinner to be packed. it was not ready so we left. To our absolute surprise, it was delivered to my train coach.

GGuest UserThis property is located on the 5 th floor of the building and it has a parking facility too. The property has options for booking rooms with attached and external bathrooms. I booked a deluxe ac studio room with an attached toilet ( for 3 people) and a baranda. This has 2 rooms (2 beds) with one kitchen and bathroom. All rooms were clean and well maintained. The property also has a facility for a kitchen where one can order food items. The manager and the other hotel people were very friendly and polite in nature. They will always ask you for additional help if required. I must say the behaviour of the hotel staff was too good. The location is not in the busy city area but it's close to that (1. 5-2 km. Two petrol pumps were located just near this property.

GGuest UserLocation was good. Food was very good but costly. Amenities was average as compared with the name of the hotel. Cleanliness was not as per expectation and charges of the hotel. Toothpaste, tooth brush and soaps was not kept in bath rooms even after reminders. Tea kits and hot water facilities was not there

GGuest UserRoom is fantastic with good furniture. Good staff. Bathroom need to be cleaned and bath fitting need to be replaced. Food quality is good and restaurant is excellent. Location is excellent with shops near the hotel. If the bathrooms are renovated, the hotel will be on the top of the lot
