The hotel was good. The staff were helpful, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. recommend this hotel for your next travel to ranchi

The room was sufficiently sized but all basic amenities but it had a distinct and strong smell of the damp. The corridor had ciggerate smoke smell all the time. We were also scared by an incident when in the middle of the night a guest was howling in the corridor for a long time shouting the worst imaginable expletives

1. From reception it's bad. Very bad smell in lobby. 2. Room is not so good. 3. Tv set up box is not recharged, when i report they told will do in some time. I waited and asked again they told today not possible. 4. Washroom is not clean with smell 5. Next day morning breakfast. People staring when we ask some thing. Serving was very slow. I asked for a coffee, i waited waited, but serving for others atlas t they get me coffee but what ever service person was serving all his stains in coffee cup masala items which is visible. I called and informed them but not proper response. Restaurant manager said he will offer another coffee but i left. So felt very bad about staying
