Rooms are not maintained. Very old furniture, not properly cleaned, cockrosch see in the room. 3 nos. Of rooms offered all rooms having similar problem. Lastly upgrade room provided after intervention of mmt team that room was manageable but that one also not value for money.

Food was good, but the amenities were average. Ac was not working for the entire night and even locks were not working properly and not well maintained rooms.

bad management, food quality and quantity is very poor. don't use ac in the reception. even no fan in the reception. they don't care for the guest. very min minded. thanks 🙏

Ac was not working. There were multiple issues with room maintenance. Staff behaviour was decent and food was good so overall an average place.
