The stay went very well, the room was impeccable, the bed was super comfortable, the staff were friendly and the location was great, but I have identified two points that could be improved. Given that check-in can be done from 3pm onwards, I think it is unacceptable to have arrived at 3:45pm and still have to wait for the room to be ready. My second point has to do with the removal of dishes from the table at breakfast. When I went down to have breakfast, the vast majority of the tables were already empty but full of dirty plates, glasses and mugs. I don't think it looks very good for those who arrive and have to look very carefully for a clean table.

It was a new hotel so it was clean, but other than that...
The breakfast didn't have much to offer (especially the vegetables, tomatoes and cucumbers changed daily), so I got bored of it after eating it twice.
I hit my head on the handrail when taking a shower, and it was thin so I started bleeding. (My fault though...)
Thanks to Andante Tours I was able to catch the bus, so it was good that the bus stop was close by, but next time I think I'll stay somewhere a little closer to the center.
