My husband and I stayed at this location 01/10/23. To begin with, we had trouble checking in due to computer issues. I asked if they had a public restroom in the lobby and was told “no”. Returning to our room that even around 11pm. Went to bed. Woke up during the night to go to the bathroom, and turned on the lamp above the bed. Roaches were crawling on nightstand. Walking into bathroom cut lights on, and floor was “moving” with baby roaches. This was near 4 am. Bed was advertised as a queen, and obviously was not. Also advertised a breakfast. There was no breakfast at all. Upon asking about this, they said breakfast hasn’t been offered there in quite some time. This Hotel clearly lacked adequate customer service, and could certainly use some TLC, and a lot of visits from a health inspector and or exterminator. Pictures to support this review are included

DO NOT BELIEVE THE PHOTOS! The hotel was absolutely disgusting. It smelled terrible, was dirty, the lights flickered and things were stained and had burn holes. The bathroom had bugs. The floors were warped and creaked. The slip cover on the couch was stained and was just thrown over a gross couch. I didn’t want to touch anything in the room, let alone sleep there. I don’t know how this hotel can advertise with the photos they have online. They must be from day one and nothing has been updated or cleaned since. There are at least 5 other hotels within a few minutes if this hotel. Check them out instead!

This place was hard to find. Located behind buildings and wood area. This place looks different from what's on the web site. The room is old and smelly fixtures old, Shower old, big old rusty refrigerator. A lot of door slamming!!!!!

The hotel seems nice enough, and the staff we met were all great. However, the power was out the entire time so we were not able to stay in the room. We slept on the floor of our daughter's dorm instead. The power outage was due to the hurricane and not the fault of the hotel, of course, but I would have expected at least an apology if not a refund since we were not able to use the room.
