Hotel is clean and very nice. Visited in July 2025 also and had a great experience! Breakfast was delicious! Katrina and Tatiana go above and beyond to make sure you enjoy your dining experience! Way to go ladies! Wish there were more like the two of you! I came back to this hotel because of your breakfast!

This is a very clean and pleasantly decorated hotel. Our initial checkin was with a young lady who talked extremely too fast and seemed to be just going through the motions. Young people need to be trained to slow down their speaking and to look at the people they are speaking to. Otherwise, the staff were very pleasant and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. There was some construction going on that we heard off and on during our three-night stay, but nothing that continued or disturbed our rest. The hotel has a lovely and spacious outdoor patio area complete with firepit and pool. The cafe was really Starbucks with limited food selection and overpriced coffee and tea. It would have been very nice to have a complementary breakfast offered such as we have had at other Marriott properties.

We always stay for several nights because our daughter is attending college in the area. It’s always nice to stay here, the room is always clean and comfortable and all the staff are very courteous and friendly. The evening manager, Cecilia, is always so kind and helpful, even checking with us when we visit the lounge near the front desk to make sure we have what we need and asks how our room is.

This hotel is my primary destination when I visit my Raleigh teammates each month. It is centrally situated, within driving distance to many places, including Fenton and Crossroads Shopping Center. Most importantly, it’s close to I-440 which I take to my North Hills office on Six Forks Road. Most importantly, every staff member is very friendly. Special recognition goes to Ms. Myra, whom I always see when I arrive each Tuesday. Her smile is very infectious and her attitude is always very welcoming and friendly.
