Breakfast is good, there is a swimming pool gym, and the staff is very helpful to help with luggage.

The hotel is good, rooms and bathroom are big but the carpet in the room are very dirty and needs to be replaced urgently. The staff is polite but room service is very slow

Property is lush green with awesome landscaping located beside the lake. Executive rooms are very spacious. Staff were very courteous & polite. Food is average, non veg food is lacking taste. Breakfast options are limited & not at par with 5 star standards. Too many outside bulk booking present in teapot area. Group booking of males some company drunken people were disturbing the dining guest & violating 5 star ambience. These people were crowding the buffet area & started eating while standing near by serving area as if like crowd does in shaadi halls, people should take there respective seats at assigned tables while dining. Lastly infrastructure is amazing. Amenities good.

Nice room, staff is also good, rooms are clean, enjoyed my solo official trip, rules of hotel are annoying they check every one, as outside food as well as water bottle is not allowed inside hotel. Overall nice hotel

The hotel and room ambience is a bit dim. The room ventilation and ac are average. For my appointed room there was a very blocked view. The bathroom design is not optimal to use shower as water splashes everywhere. And constrained for space.

I've booked 2 rooms , both r king sized while I did the booking but after check in I found there is 1 room in twin bed , I asked to the property manager why this stuffs than he told only we have this much for u ... disgusting
