Popular Raipur 4-star Hotels

The hotel is located in excellent location. Its part of an upscale mall, magneto, but there are a couple of disappointing things. The service is poor. The staff is excellent and helping. They are super cool. But seems Hyatt Raipur is running with limited staff. Room design isn't of holiday inn or JW status. The room service takes time in responding to the phone calls. Though they were great to provide me breakfast after the closing time. But the service takes longer than usual.

Best hotel in Raipur city, Excellent services. All staff very helpfull they are very professional in their work. And also reception staff , Management very helpfull, Very excellent services . One of the best places to stay Raipur. I recommend the business community to stay here if you are coming to chattisgarh.

Despite my collegues advise for not to choose the hotel, I had ignored their advises and gone through terrible experience in the hotel duing my stay for 2 days on 12th and 13th february 2024. The customer service at service desk is very least to talk about due o lack of focus on the customer needs. The very first day stay, i have requested to change the room but to no avail. Similar experience faced by other collegue who stayed during same period on my suggestion. Room experience is terrible for 2 days, without hot water, use of filthy bed sheeds, pillows and linen, foul smell in the room, usage of age old towels and napkins lack of complete toileteries are the few to mention. No soap holder, body washer in the toilet for 2 days. Over and above, there was dirty water in the commode due to cleaning of the tanks during night which has never been informed to the guest. However, the tariff at the hotel is far higher for its capacity and maintenance, and looks as if the hotel maintenance as a small time lodge. Overall, i do not recommend the hotel to those who needs hygiene environment at the first level.

This is an old , well maintained and very popular hotel in Raipur. The entrance lobby has a huge chandelier which so good to look at when lighted. Staff are very courteous and food also is very good. Location is very central and easy to get. Rooms are spacious and toilet too are good & clean. We had dinner via room service and food was served hot and well cooked and in real good taste. Morning breakfast in restaurant was again delicious and specially the white rasogullas served were awesome. Probably there is no outdoor garden here. We checked in late in evening and left next day before noon for onward journey. Thank you very much Babylon for the good experience staying with you !!!

I was in Raipur for a business purpose and that is when I stumbled upon this place. The whole process from pre-booking to checkout was extremely smooth. •The hotel was very courteous while handling the queries and they were extremely polite. The hotel is close to the railway station so that gives it a geographical advantage while commuting in and around the city. Adding to the well established infrastructure, it is also equipped with a gym and other facilities. The food served here is extremely delicious and you'll be left wanting for some more • Overall if you're in Raipur, I can vouch for this place that you'll have a pleasant stay. I would like to say that overall Downton Hotel is a very good hotel. It is getting converted into Regenta in. The GM Mr Shankar Jha and Manager Mr Shailendra are very hospitable. The rooms give a feel of a good 3 star hotel. Rooms are spacious and has all amenities. Bed, office table, kettle, fridge, cupboard, locker etc. The room lighting should be improved. The food here is very good and tasty. Not very spicy and oily. The staff is very helpful. I stayed her with 30 plus guest for my sisters wedding for 4 days and everyone enjoyed. They have a very spacious lobby and Haldi ceremony was organised there. The mehendi and Sangeet in their hall. Best wishes to Regenta Inn Raipur

One word pathetic….no star should be given to the hotel as most of the basic facilities expected to be present Ina 4 star hotel are all together non existent.Below are the pointers which are enumerated so as to make our point clear. 1.highly non courteous staff.They presume as if we are being paid to stay at this place. 2. Non existent house keeping facilities which infact the front desk of the hotel also believed in and told us about when we had already ventured or paid in advance the tariff. 3. Highly ILL cooked food which smells stale and could make any one catch up a disease. 4. Non existent support staff…they themselves are not aware of their basic responsibilities as are prevalent Ina hospitality industry. 5. Swimming pool is so dirty and filthy.From the water of the swimming pool they fill buckets to wash utensils and clothes. 6. Highly arrogant staff. To name a few worst performer was Manohar,the person incharge of the restaurant. 7. If you have the basic requirement of having bottled distilled water they will make u feel as u are somewhere caught up in a deserts location where there is scarcity of drinking water and will specifically tell u the bottled water is only available till 10:30 PM only. 8.For all your other requirements like soap,shaving kit etc you have to be already well prepared as they will be taking around 2 to 2 and a half hours to supply the same. Hope the above experience in the form of bad luck would be enough for other travellers to be staying away from Piccadilly Raipur. At the end the hard earned money is for getting proper services and not for getting perturbed and distressed…
