Thanks to Mr. Pradeepto for his excellent service in food and beverage.He is very good and humble.Hotel ambience is very good.very good staff behaviour front office staff was very good and polite behaviour.we have had a good experience with this hotel.overall experience was very good.

Hotel do not accept any Card payment - Debit / Credit. Only cash & UPI payment accepted. UPI payment is also to some individual account.

The hotel is a shadow of its former glory (if any). The hotel is undergoing renovation and has a serious catch up to do for a 4 star property. Staff is impolite and expected payments in cash or gpay. I stayed a night in April 2025. Credit cards/ Debit cards are not accepted as the hotel has some financial issues going on. Rooms need upkeep and the their lobby to the rooms is appaling, covered with towels and lacking clean carpets. Staff does not hand a recipt after payment citing billing system issues. Poor service for a 4 star property. Stay at your own peril.

Location : Infront of Magneto mall , near by to airport . Overall good location .
Food : Good breakfast spread was present with supportive staff.
Facilities Room :
1. Not good quality , the carpet is dark and looks very dirty .
2. The room donot have any furniture except bed and table , chair and almirah .The Furnitures are not well cleaned as you expect .
3. The hotel donot feel clean and hygienic to stay .
4. The bathroom donor have curtains or door to separate bathing and toilet area .
5. They give only 2 bottle water free of cost for drinking .
Lobby :
1. Very pungent type smell is present feels like sweat and dirty .
Overall u would give just 3 star , you can prefer only if you donot get a better price hotel .
