Overall Stay was Good. Mine was a Suite room, new but with Lack of basic amenities like a mini Freeze, a Round table (which they provided after request). The staff are undertrained, with lots of management issues. The Washroom was horrible. The Food was delicious. All the Services reaches you late as the Suite rooms are somewhat in the Backyard and you need to pay every time for small things ordered..!!!! (final bill Can be furnished during Checkout)

The best experience in a hotel i had in a new city. It is close the raipur airport and raipur city. People were very nice and cooperative. Nice food and rooms were very clean. Service was exxellent. Only small down side is food is a bit expensive. Overall a great experience. Thanks keep it up

Grand Neelam Service are very bad,
Halki si sabji ka daag lag gya bedsheet me toh unhone 500 extra charge le liya laundry charge
M not satisfied with this laundry charges of 500 rupees for 1 Bedsheet

It was horrible stay . No one was available for escort. We had to move our baggage. It was like nightmare. No proper room services.
