hotel is good for stay near imagica but property is very old not maintain very well , ac not working properly food avilable at reaturant is not hygiene I found hair in utapam that I have ordered. staff was good as given me early check in as I reached early to hotel

Hotel is in disastrous condition. Doesn’t deserve to be rated. If zero was the option, i could have given that. In fact make my trip should refund back entire money for giving false reviews of this hotel. Only plus point is their restaurant which serves really delicious meals. Call bell doesn’t work in room. No intercom. If you need a cup of tea, you will have to physically walk in inside the restaurant. Rooms are completely shabby. Reception is pathetically horrible.

The property is in bad condition and undergoing a renovation. Despite renovation, ideally the services shouldn't be impacted, however this property is like left out without any proper management. My stay was okay kind of, nothing much nice to talk about it.

sold me a property which into renovation also the property room were at very bad condition, we came late night after imagica, were tired hence stayed there a night, next day we changed self to next hotel which was quite tidy and neat. only 4 option in breakfast have or not have situation- highly charged too for the same
