Fantastisk
et fuldstændig fantastisk hotel. Servicen var i top. Der er ikke en finger at sætte på noget som helst. Kan varmt anbefale dette hotel

Atteignable en 10 minutes à pied de la gare, passe une entrée discrète, l,hôtel présente un merveilleux decor fe palais en écho avec la passé riche de la ville, certes un peu assoupie. La salle servant au petit déjeuner vaut elle seule le séjour. Le personnel aux petits soins aussi. Ma chambre standard, tres bien meublée, dans un luxe in peu passé, est située sous une arche de pierre. Parfait pour la fraîcheur d'été. Mais attention à la tête...si vous dépassez 1.80 m. Les bus pour rallier Ragusa Ibla passent à côté, si vous ne voulez pas remonter tous les escaliers sois plus de 30 °C. Le personnel tres serviable donne toutes les informations nécessaires.

Ho soggiornato per quattro notti in coppia. Albergo molto curato, elegante, pulito, silenzioso sia negli spazi comuni che nelle stanze. Abbiamo avuto un problema con l'aria condizionata che il personale, molto professionale, ha prontamente risolto dandoci una stanza di livello superiore. Colazione abbondante in una sala bellissima. Il giorno del mio compleanno mi hanno anche portato una piccola torta. Posizione dell'albergo molto comoda per visitare Ragusa e con posto auto in convenzione. In una parola: eccellente

This hotel is charming and very near the best shopping in Ragusa. The staff was excellent and very helpful with dinner reservations. My room was lovely and very spacious.

Hotel spettacolare in una dimora antica in centro di Ragusa. Camera fantastica, pulizia indescrivibile , colazione spaziale . Un plauso alla receptionist Marisa che si è resa disponibile a darci ottimi consigli per la nostra permanenza in città seppur breve. Idem il receptionist Michele altrettanto gentile e disponibile. Grazie. Il personale di sala...tutti molto gentili, professionali e discreti. Consiglio vivamente un soggiorno in questa struttura, anche solo per una notte.
