Our stay was excellent! The hotel manager, Chiara, was outstanding! She was so kind and knowledgeable on Ragusa. She helped us to maneuver to the best restaurants and the highlights of the town. Honestly, she was the most helpful and pleasant hotel host during our 10 days in Sicily!

Il mio hotel preferito a Ragusa. Quando sono di passaggio, lo scelgo sempre volentieri. Perfetto per chi viaggia per lavoro, ma non solo. Stanze grandi, sempre in ordine. Personale gentile e competente. Colazione ottima. Rapporto qualitá prezzo imbattibile. Bravi e arrivederci a presto

Tout était parfait. Nous n avons passé qu une nuit. Nous étions 5 dans 3 chambres différentes et elles étaient toutes très belles, très propres, grandes....Chiara prend le temps de nous accueillir, de nous expliquer la ville, ce qu il y a à voir à manger...Vraiment une belle découverte ce petit hôtel. Rien à redire. Petit déjeuner délicieux avec des dolce frais et un regal. Ragusa Ibla est une belle découverte.

Ottima struttura, ben tenuta e gestita. La sig.ra Chiara è stata splendida ed attenta ad ogni minimo particolare e richiesta. Anche se non è la proprietaria, è come se lo fosse. Quando torneremo a Ragusa sarà la nostra prima scelta. Posizione ottima e colazione top. Se proprio devo fare una critica, ma vi assicuro che è solo costruttiva, sono le tende oscurati che tanto oscuranti non lo sono :-) Grazie ed a presto

We loved this place! Its an unpretentious small hotel that managed to delight and surpass most of my expectations. Rooms are quite large and super comfortable with a really comfortable bed, nice crisp linens and great bathroom. Also totally spotless. We had a room on the first floor with a balocny overlooking a lovely square (but no view of Ibla) Location is great is you want to explore both Ibla nd Ragusa Superiore as it right between the two with a hidden path that leads you down to Ibla . Breakfast was also very good with a good selection including cannoli. Staff is extremely friendly and helpful. 100% recommended and will be back.

Great experience overall in this hotel. The location is ideal: both the old town of Ragusa Ibla, and the monuments in Ragusa Superiore are walking distance. Chiara, from the staff, was really helpful with suggestions of what to see and where to eat. The rooms are standard for a 3 stars hotel, and the breakfast is local, and good. Would definitely recommend.

De locatie is top om Ragusa te bezichtigen. Het hotel ligt vlakbij de trappen die naar het oude gedeelte gaan. De host (Chiara) was zeer behulpzaam en had goede tips over de bezienswaardigheden. Het ontbijt was bovengemiddeld en zeer goed. Één van de betere hotel ervaringen tot nu toe. Echte aanrader.
