Marvellous (and very interesting) building and very helpful staff, especially with recommendations for evening dining, Ragusa is blessed with a more than ample supply of good restaurants.The downsides were that the breakfast buffet wasn't replenished and the streetparking is a bit of a problem.

Hidden gem in Ragusa
This place is a hidden gem in Ragusa. Bit hard to find because it’s hidden in a very small and steep one way street. The interior and the room is simply amazing once you step inside. All of the staff we met were simply exceptional and kind. The garden and pool area is superb and very quiet. We will come again.

Beautiful hotel and amazing staff but terribly disappointed with our room, I rang the property after making the initial booking to upgrade to a balcony room with a view, we were given a room looking out onto a high wall, dark and dingy! plus the airconditiong didn't work for 4 days on the trot, it was 36 degrees, I asked for a discount by the hotel, I received a meal which consisted of a burger and chips and a bottle of wine, was then told I needed to contact ******* if I required a further discount which I shall be doing, so overall not great!

A building used by old gentry - very grand. Very tight street for access but use of underground car park. Mine host had Basil Faulty tendencies but rest of staff super. No lift and many stairs ! Superb garden & pool. Breakfast served in gloomy atmosphere in grand stateroom.

A beautiful character boutique hotel set in peaceful secluded gardens with pool. The understated chic design contrasts well with the historic structure and we found a wonderful calming atmosphere despite its central town and road-side location. The staff were super friendly and professional. Secure car parking is short five minute walk. I could have stayed there forever! Beware, there are steps and no lift.
