I spent a wonderful 3-day stay at the Hermitage with my wife. The staff is helpful, courteous and prepared; the location is simply fabulous: you can see the respect for the original structure and the surrounding nature. Breakfast for 10! Central location with respect to all the sites of greatest interest. If we just had to make one note, in our opinion the bathroom should be modernized while respecting the original atmosphere. We will definitely be back. P. S.: the Arabic fountain that runs through practically the entire structure deserves to be studied in hydraulic engineering faculties!

Esperienza unica!!! Un ambiente con un'atmosfera bellissima, immerso nelle campagne del sud della Sicilia e a pochi chilometri dal mare. Un soggiorno che difficilmente può essere eguagliato. L'Eremo Della Giubiliana è davvero un posto affascinante, con i suoi giardini tutti da esplorare e la struttura che offre tante attività e servizi di prima qualità. Un luogo storico e raffinato, con un giardino che offre una piscina per stare in totale comfort e rilassarsi, soprattutto durante le giornate estive più afose. Il personale gentilissimo e sempre disponibile, infine, ha coronato un'esperienza che dal primo giorno si era già preannunciata come indimenticabile. L'Eremo Della Giubiliana è assolutamente un must!

Quiet , peaceful , relaxing. Complete private resort & spa lost in time. Away in the countryside outside Ragusa, away from towns & villages , crowds , cars, pollution. The menu at Don Eusebio restaurant is a 5-Star delight with an awesome chef & courteous waiter service staff.Delecious menu with starters , soups, and most ingredients grown in-house. Desserts to die for. Extensive wine list for all tastes.

Splendido hotel lontano dal caos dove rilassarsi, ancora intatto e autentico. Colazione ottima e abbondante così come il ristorante davvero eccellente. Personale cordiale e disponibile. A 15 minuti da marina di Ragusa nel caso si voglia fare una passeggiata in una zona movimentata .

Pessima struttura con personale reception poco cortese. Mi ritrovo con una prenotazione di ben 5 stanze cancellata allo scadere dei giorni del mio arrivo! Poca serietà da parte di un 5 stelle. Forse 1 stella sarebbe di troppo. Dopo aver ripetutamente chiesto di avere riscontro con il direttore, mi è stata continuamente rigettata la domanda. Mi chiedo io se la struttura ha un direttore. Chiudete.
