Wir haben drei Nächte in diesem wirklich tollen Hotel verbracht und uns sehr wohlgefühlt.
Positiv:
• Die Zimmer waren sehr schön und das Personal super freundlich sowie großzügig.
• Die Lage und der Ausblick sind einfach sensationell.
• Besonders gefallen haben uns die kleine Küche und der tolle Balkon, den wir abends immer nutzen konnten.
Verbesserungswürdig:
• Wer erst ab 09:15 Uhr zum Frühstück kommt, wird feststellen, dass nicht mehr alles verfügbar ist. Hier muss man ausdrücklich beim Service nachfragen, ob bestimmte Speisen noch nachgereicht werden können. Ein Frühstück, das offiziell bis 10 Uhr angeboten wird, sollte bis kurz vor Schluss vollständig aufgefüllt sein.
• Außerdem hätten wir uns gewünscht, dass tagsüber jemand regelmäßig den Pool kontrolliert und mit einem Kescher die Insekten entfernt. So könnte der Pool noch einladender und gepflegter wirken.
Fazit:
Abgesehen davon ein klasse Hotel, das ich uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen kann!

Beautiful hotel, clean with amazing views of the country side and nice poolside. Highly recommend adding on breakfast - high quality buffet with countless choices and barista making coffee drink of your choice. Note that the pool is not heated therefore could not swim beginning of June. Gym is scarcely equipped, would not count on using it. Excellent location to visit Noto valley if you have a car, however everything is 15-20mins away and no places to take a walk without driving. Staff very friendly. Overall highly recommend if above fits your needs.

Die Unterkunft hat einen schönen langen Pool, von wo man einen wunderbaren Blick bis zum Meer hat. Es gibt allerdings behebbare Mängel: der Pool war erkennbar morgens nicht gereinigt, auch am Nachmittag nicht. Frühstück wird bis 10.00 Uhr angeboten, ab 09.20 wurde keine aufgeschnittenes Obst und Toast mehr nachgelegt. Am Sonntag hatte eine Hochzeit stattgefunden auf einer weiter unten gelegenen Terrasse. Überbleibsel davon wie benutzte Plastikbecher waren am Tag 2 danach noch nicht eingesammelt vom Boden. Wir hatten die sogenannte „Spa-Suite“, die sich in separatem Häuschen über Treppen oder Schotterweg erreichbar befindet. Eine winzige Dampfsauna dabei, die wir nicht benutzt haben. Vermutlich aber Gäste vor uns, denn die Bettwäsche fühlte sich leicht feucht an , wurde nach Beschwerde am nächsten Tag noch mal komplett gewechselt. Trotzdem würde ich dies nicht noch als buchen.

Relais Chiaramonte è stata un'ottima esperienza, Oasi di pace a pochi km dai principali punti di interesse. La struttura è molto bella, ottima la colazione, camere ben pulite, staff cordiale e disponibile. La camera con piscina privata davvero gradevole. Torneremo volentieri!

From the online photos I expected much better. We were lucky we rented a car because to get to our suite we had to go down a very steep dirt road. I was not impressed with the suite I booked. I was with my 2 children and when the sofabed was opened you could hardly move because there was no space. On the night that we arrived we were too tired to go out to eat, so we decided to eat at the restaurant. My daughter tried to book but they told her they’re fully booked. Finally they said we can go. At the restaurant only 3 tables had people the others were all empty. The food was not impressive at all. I was extremely disappointed. Spending €600 in room and food for 1 night is not cheap. I expected much better. I was with my 2 children and booked a suite. The moment the sofabed was open you could hardly move in that room. It was clean yes, but definitely not what me and my children expected!!!
