For families visiting Rabat, there is only this hotel that could suit them well. Everything is impeccable. Hygiene and cleanliness are remarkable. The service, always with a smile, from reception to the restaurant and even to your room is perfect. We really fell in love with this hotel. We highly recommend it to all our friends and anyone traveling with family. Even the catering is excellent. We really don't have to look for a restaurant elsewhere in town.

We had reserved a room on booking for 3 nights (5000 dirhams). This room, made up of a double bed and a convertible sofa bed, could easily accommodate us and our two young children. Arriving at reception, the hostess contacted her manager who did not wish to speak to us and we were asked to add almost 4000 dirhams more to add an adjoining room, something we had never asked for. The second option offered was to cancel the reservation. I asked to speak to the manager, categorically refusing to have us “racketed” like this! the manager was obviously not prepared to find a solution, finishing his day at 5 p.m.! No more suitable option was offered to us, we were ready to pay a little more but we refused to literally be robbed! We finally decided to move on. A word to the wise!

Après une réunion de travail dans un environnement professionnel au niveau (salle, équipement), nous avons déjeuné au restaurant de l'hôtel. Les menus proposés étaient variés répondant aux goûts de plus d'une vingtaine d'amis. Les salades aussi bien que les entrées chaudes et froides étaient goûteuses à souhait et les plats et leurs accompagnements étaient tant en quantité que qualité tout justes bien préparés et présentés. Je ne m'attarderai pas sur les desserts: les gourmands manifestes et les plus raisonnables d'entre nous ont trouvé le plaisir recherché. Le personnel jeune mais attentionné, souriant et professionnel supervisé par l'adorable Samar a rajouté une touche agréable aux moments passés. En un mot comme en cent, le restaurant du Gardenia vaut le détour et pour nous sûrement le retour.

I am a tour guide. I came with a group of 32 people. Due to the incompetence of the desk receptionist, when one room was listed as two separate rooms, the other was simply forgotten. Two of my clients had to wait for two hours for their room. when discussing the issue with the hotel management/ owner Instead of dealing with the situation and trying to help my clients, the only available venue was being rude to me and my clients. I have been working as a guide for 30 years, guiding and arranging groups and itineraries. I have never ever encountered such outrageous behavior. beware!
