A new wonderfull hotel, it reflects it brand. I really like the location as it is far from the hustle and the bustle of the Medina. Very quiet neighborhood, a beautiful garden, I wish we could have access to the golf course. At the time I was there, the hotel was not busy as it just opened within 2-3 months. What I love most about this hotel is it staff, each one believe in the mission that the hotel guests are their guest, thanks to their management. I would like to give thanks to the front crew at the hotel specially Mr. El Mehdi for their help and their welcome and their smiles. These are the faces of the guests first encounters, they do make a difference, so Kudos to you Mr. El Mehdi, your crew and you are appreciated. Their amenities are awesome, Hammam, Sauna stream & dry, and the workout gym.

One of the most visually stunning hotels you will see, amazing service & food to match. All at extremely reasonable prices, what an absolute treasure this place is! Special shout out to our host Safaa for her wonderful grace & professionalism during our visit. Recommend this as one of the top ritz carltons in the world 💯

Amazing stay in a luxurious location. Hotel is spectacular, staff very helpful, a must stay in Morocco. Rooms are modern with a traditional twist, garden offer spectacular views and pool immaculate. A real heaven in a beautiful country. A must

Great team, amazing service. Made me feel at home despite being quite ill upon my arrival. The hotel itself was undergoing substantial renovation at the time with only one restaurant available and most facilities (SPA, Business center..) not being available which was a pity. Would highly recommend nonetheless.

Nous avons passé un bon séjour au Ritz Carlton de Rabat. La chambre vue sur les jardins était très belle. Le personnel très attentionné. Quelques améliorations de la restauration seraient souhaitables. Les jardins sont très beaux et l’endroit est un havre de paix.
