On a payé pour les petits déjeuners et on ne les a pas reçus. Le personnel est arrivé en retard !!! Une demi-heure !!!

Very friendly and helpful staff.
The riad is only 10-15 minutes walk from the Rabat Centre Ville train station. Most of the major sightseeing attractions are at close walking distance as well. I do recommend to save the accomodation in Google Maps, as you can easily get lost in the small streets of the Medina. The riad is closely to one of the gates of the Medina.
Rooms don't have their own bathroom, which is not a bad thing, but can be a bit of a shock for some travellers, if not aware in advance.
The riad didn't have a sign next/above the door (yet) to identify it, which made it a bit difficult for me to find the first night I arrived. However, after a quick call to the accommodation, I was warmly welcomed in (and knew which door to enter from thereonend).

Letti scomodi e cuscini inutilizzabili, pulizia sommaria, stanza microscopica abbastanza fatiscente, il proprietario si era dimenticato di fornirci gli asciugamani e ovviamente nemmeno presente il sapone monouso per lavarsi. Rumore fino a oltre mezzanotte e luce che penetrava in camera, tappi e mascherina obbligatori. Spendere qualche euro in più e cercare un alloggio decente, questo è il mio consiglio.
